A MOMENT TO BREATHE RIGHT NOW "Whatever you're holding on to today, Give it to God. Let Him do the work as you put one foot in front of the other by #FAITH in obedience. And #BREATHE deep -- He sees you as complete right now." This past few days or week, I am in distress and trying to be still in control of anything. As I was trying, the more I am getting upset and stress and lost. Yesterday, I had this #ME_Time and had a chance to be in my track again. As I was walking, praying and reflecting for more than an hour, I suddenly have this strong, painful contraction on my right leg. I still continue walking as I was reaching to my finish goal. I try to ignore and control the leg pain, but the more its getting cramp. I saw a tree and flex my right foot against it. As I was taking my rest, I came to realize that situation describe myself. I forgot to take a rest and lean on to God completely. Only God is in control of every situations we have and all we need is pray and ask for a strength.
