I've let this sit stagnant for too long, partially due to a big life change. I started grad school this fall in the new MDes for HCI and Emerging Technology program at WashU!

Admission Process

Admission to NIFT Delhi is highly competitive and is based on the NIFT Entrance Examination, which comprises:

General Ability Test (GAT): Assesses analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Creative Ability Test (CAT): Evaluates design and drawing skills.

Situation Test: For B.Des. candidates, this test assesses the candidate's skills in material handling and innovative ability.

Personal Interview: Conducted for M.Des., MFM, and M.FTech candidates to evaluate their suitability for the program.

For the 2025 academic session, the Stage 2 examination for undergraduate programs is scheduled for June 8, 2025, while the personal interviews for postgraduate programs will be held from May 26 to June 3, 2025.
