Jeff Buckley. Ah. Yes. To this day, I recommend him to anyone who’s listening. Because I know I need to spread this love of music, the love if his music, and his love of music to everyone when I get the chance. I just feel an overwhelming need to let the world know about this musician. And believe me, I’m trying. And you should try to. I feel that he is indescribable talent that was lost too soon. And I know I’m not alone in this feeling. I know I’m not alone in spreading the love. So thank you. His music is a home, a warm place to seek comfort. It’s a dirty old bar, rusty and old, looking for a friend and someone to talk to. And it’s a busy subway station, where you seek out the good in a fast-moving world. It’s A laugh, a tear, a smile, something to look forward to, and to listen to everyday. It’s great.It’s amazing the feeling, it really is. Hold on to it. Keep it. He has a certain connection, even now, all these years (wow I can’t believe it’s been this long) after his sad death. But it’s okay, we have the music. And memorabilia and museums and web pages and other fans and etc etc. And I have a message, a strong message for all that feel this connection, even just a little bit.

MY MESSAGE IS: If you know anything about this man, you will know that all he wanted to be remembered by was his music. Listen to it, it’s great trust me. And I promise that you will still feel that connection because it’s not going away. Hold on to his music, and the music of other great musicians’ dearly, tightly, and never EVER let go. Because this thing, this music, is insanity, but it keeps you going. Remember this man, remember him by the music, by the smile, by the laughter and high notes, guitar solos, and love of music. Remember this man by Led Zeppelin and Nusrat and Piaf and Nina Simone and Bob Dylan. And for god’s sake, remember him by the moments where you scream the lyrics to these songs. Remember him in whatever you can, and he will never ever ever be forgotten, I promise you. And do not be sad, remember what he said.
