‘Ω’ and I’ll tell you what my character thinks of yours.
Mary is generally in awe of Marlene. Her best friend seems to tackle everything head on and with a passion that can not be replicated. She seems fearless, with more courage and determination in her body than anyone should be able to handle. There’s probably no one Mary loves more than her best friends, they’ve been together the best and the worst and everything between.
Though she seems unafraid to face anything, Mary wishes Marlene had a little more caution in her. (She knows Marlene would argue that Mary had enough caution for the both of them.) Marlene’s thrill seeking was once admirable (and secretly she enjoyed when Marlene forced her to partake in said thrill seeking) but now she’s terrified that it’s more self-destructive than it used to be. She can only guess what’s fuelling Marlene’s acts of justice.
There is something that Mary thinks Marlene’s not telling her. Something important that’s making her best friend distant. She’s always known that Marlene’s quite secretive, but she thinks this might be something worth pushing at.
