✧. - ̗̀ CASTIEL . . .

we all know castiel has the worst temper out of the boys. he feels and sometimes because when he started dating you he truly wanted to change that, control more his reactions. truth is, you helped him a lot with that without even realizing it, he got a lot more calmed around you, more mindful, watching his words to not be hurtful or not sound as aggressive when vision his opinions or expressing himself, he learned to be gentler.

however, he hates arguing with you, he really does. but most of the time he forgets that because he gets pissed and suddenly he gets defensive and all he thinks about he’s not being the one loosing the argument. i feel like he’s easily taken over by feelings and he might say hurtful things but regrets them immediately after they left his mouth but he’s too proud to just immediately apologize so he normally storms off and decides a right then and there the argument is over.

arguments normally start because i think he has a hard time expressing his feelings. he’s the kind of guy who never got used to doing it when he was young so he sometimes feels corny about opening up and telling you what hurts him or annoys him so when you accidentally do sometimes he takes it personal and doesn’t realize he can simply communicate it to you.

but something about him is that he will never ignore you. he is very emotional in terms of being very temperamental and not controlling properly his feelings sometimes but he has a certain degree of maturity that makes stop in his tracks and tell himself that he’s not a child and that he won’t act like one. i mean, he’s still stupidly in love with you even when he’s mad and he’s very anxious when u don’t talk to him for a while. which also plays a very important role in him apologizing, because he’s miserable when u don’t talk to him. he gets grumpier and more annoyed and snappy than usual, which says a lot, and since he changed a lot more since he got with you (he’s not a sunshine and rainbows kind of guy now), it’s easy for people to assume he’s upset because you’re mad at him or because he argued with you, lysander being normally the one to talk some sense into him about how he needs to stop being dumb and simply apologize (if he’s the one who fucked up).

when he was the one in the wrong, he will come and apologize, maybe in his own awkward way but he will because he refuses to let you two feel weird around each other just because he’s terrible with words. he will randomly caught you alone, probably after looking nervous as hell the whole day following u around and looking like he wants to say something he doesn’t dare to, and simply grab your shoulders and tell you straight up “I didn’t mean that, okay? Any of what I said.” He frowned (which looked more like a very slight pout), and u were going to make a comment about it but couldn’t because he was speaking again. “I’m sorry. I know I give you a lot of reasons to get tired of me but,” And then you were kissing him, very hard, knowing everything else he needed to say already, and deciding to spare him from the suffering of getting cheesier than that, to which he got all relieved, chuckling into your lips before grabbing your face and kissing you deeper.

also, make up sex is a MUST for him, not every time, but you look really hot when you’re angry. and you found that seeing you pissed (when it’s not serious) and mouthing off at him makes him stop listening entirely. so it normally leads to him pining you to whatever is closer, not needing to make it to a bed, sneaky fingers making you forget entirely what did he even do to annoy you, lips devouring yours and swallowing every insult you intended to throw at him, because now all you want to do is make up and he will definitely give you a good reason to forgive him. and yes it does work when he’s the one pissed. “i’m still mad,” he said breathlessly (which sounded like a whine but he won’t admit it so better not to point it out). “mhm” you hummed against his skin mockingly. “should i stop then?” you said, holding his shirt up with ur hands as your lips mouthed on his lower stomach area. “fuck no,” and u chuckled at that.

✧. - ̗̀ NATHANIEL . . .

nath is very weird when it comes to arguments. because he naturally wants to de-escalate them before they get worse, normally because he definitely doesn’t like fighting or anything that involves yelling and shouting at each other. after what happened to him he came to the realization that he won’t ever raise his voice at you, which is hard when someone is angry but he refuses to see a look in your eyes he had seen on himself before when someone u love yells at you just because they’re mad, so that’s a big no for him while fighting.

he struggles, contrary to castiel, to admit his feelings to himself. he’s a very strong people pleaser, he always has been and it’s hard to get rid of that, so he constantly thinks that he needs to not be too much in order to not be annoying and so people won’t get annoyed by him. that’s why even when something hurts him, like being misunderstood. when people don’t understand his intentions, when u assume the worst of him even if it’s unconscious, because he opens himself to you, in his own way, he shows you who he truly is, so when u accidentally and unconsciously show somehow that u view him differently then what he desperately tries to show of himself it hurts him really bad. but he convinces himself that all those things that make him feel bad are fine, and that he doesn’t care, when it only make him bottle it all up until it eventually explodes. the same with the fact that your opinion matter too much to him, so feeling like he disappointed you or you’re not proud enough of him can make him overthink and just pull away which bothers you because u want him to talk about how he feels and it’s stressful when you don’t.

he hates arguments because it makes him feel like loving sometimes it’s not everything. it makes him overthink and doubt himself, like do you love him enough to stay? did he say or did something that finally made you realize he’s not worth staying for? It just creates so much doubt in him and doubt sucks when you love someone as much as he loves you, and loosing people has always been easier for him than keeping them because what could he possibly have in him that it’s good enough to make people stay as easily as they decide it isn’t worthy. and it’s so sad that he thinks because nath is like the coolest boy ever, he has so many interests that nobody knows of and u got to know and he’s so sweet and so attentive and you hate that he sees himself in such a bad light.

which takes me to making up. after arguing he gets anxious. he closes in on himself and simply pretends it doesn’t bother him, that it’s okay and that maybe you need space and the problem will fix itself. except this man does not sleep a bit at night. he’s just laying there thinking and thinking and thinking. he’s also pretends to not be hovering bus he’s waiting for you after class, he’s asking you unnecessary questions during class you know damn well he knows the answers to just to check how pissed you still are. and after a while, he will just come up to you looking miserable and dive into your arms and start apologizing into your neck. and it’s so sad it would be cruel to not forgive him right then and there. he’s just kissing all over your face and apologizing, “I’m sorry baby”, “I promise I’ll tell you how i feel more everyday” “That’s definitely lie” “Maybe, but I’ll try! I swear!”, and when u simply grab his worried face and kiss him properly any anger left just melts away immediately.

funny thing is hell looked like a kicked puppy for the next few days and you better reassure him everytime that you aren’t mad anymore and that it’s fine, and that you forgive him and he’s a great boyfriend, otherwise he’ll have that sad expression for a while until he convinces himself you’re actually on good terms now.

✧. - ̗̀ LYSANDER . . .

the most mature of them all. he’s so deeply patient it’s really hard to piss him off in general, so imagine with you. lys never gets angry at you, it’s really for him to do so because he loves you so much he struggles to stay mad. he’s human, he obviously gets angry sometimes but it never lasts long because you two always find a way to communicate during them or if you fail to, he waits for you to cool off so he can gently approach you after and properly talk to you about what bothered him, listen to you to know what bothers you, to pay attention and actually remember that to not do it again.

one of the very few things that make him sad, not mad, sad, is not feeling cared for. he’s very attentive. lys is so in love with you, he constantly makes sure to always do the right thing. to listen to your needs, to be thoughtful, to put you before others as his partner, to constantly reassure you and make you feel like what you are: someone he’s in love with you. just trying to cultivate the relationship everyday in little ways, and when he doesn’t feel loved back in that same intensity, then he feels hurt because it makes him think he’s the only one trying and he needs back that kind of love that he shows to you constantly, so that happening is something that hurts him. or another particular thing he hates, is if you put someone before him. he’s not toxic, he encourages every other relationship you have, but if he knows for sure (considering what we all know that he’s a very jealous guy) that a guy is crossing a line, or that he’s very obviously flirting with you and you defend them to him, even if it’s not like fully, just the implication that you’re making him feel like he’s overreaction and the interaction wasn’t like that when they clearly were interested in you, makes him feel like you’re not giving him the place he deserves as your partner and it hurts him because yours, and he makes that very clear, so why can’t you do that for him as well?

during arguments he’s very gentle. he’ll ask to talk, he’ll voice out to you everything that he didn’t like. hes not embarrassed or troubled at all with sharing his feelings. he’s actually very open about them and doesn’t shy away from telling u when he’s sad, to cry a bit because he gets emotional when it really hurts him, to tell you it made him feel bad. and it’s something u appreciate so much because he’s very private, he’s very hard to read, and you get the privilege of being someone he feels comfortable enough to open up to, and to freely speak about how he feels and you make him feel safe too, and he appreciates that too. a lot.

so yes. he’s definitely very good at communicating. he also very rarely allows you or allows himself to go too long without apologizing. he will respect fully your time if you want space, i you want to talk, if you want to be heard, whatever it is, he can do it for you. he feels really guilty when he goes too far sometimes during arguments, which rarely happens but sometimes he gets too lost in his own feelings that he doesn’t realize he might be asking you for too much. and that’s when he immediately apologizes first.

he hates sleeping after a fight. absolutely hates it. even if you both decide to continue the conversation tomorrow because you're exhausted, he'll still pull you into his arms before bed and press a kiss into your hair. he also loves hearing your perspective. genuinely. even when it hurts. because for him, understanding you is more important than being right. he'll ask questions. these are some of the things he does after a fight after apologizing because he believes the aftermath of showing you his love is not conditional to wether he was angry at your or not. another thing about him is that as observant as he is, you cannot pretend you’re not mad anymore when you actually are. he’s very good at noticing your moods, and therefore, he can easily tell when you’re saying it’s fine but it’s not really fine.

You lived in Castiel’s apartment since the day you married, though it felt as if you already lived there even before getting an official wedding. It is a big, cozy apartment for the both of you, and he is more than happy to have you around. You two would equally pay for things, though expect Castiel to have a sugar daddy complex and try to spoil you for everything.

Castiel has always been willing to invest his best effort to make sure that your relationship works healthily and greatly. No matter if he is busy with his tours or composing some of his songs, he wants to give you enough attention as well. And when Castiel is in love, he is very attentive and romantic!

He looks at his ring in awe, remembering the meaning behind it. And when he is holding your hand, he raises it gently to kiss the exact spot where your ring is, his eyes shinning with love. It makes him feel so excited and lucky inside.

Even if he is used to waking up besides you, his heart still quickens when he opens his eyes and sees you right there. A soft smile appears on his face, feeling very lucky to having deserved the title of your husband. He’d admire your calm behavior, memorizing every single feature of your face, his smile growing with affection. His hand would carefully massage your scalp, making sure it only helps you to relax even more, not to wake you up.

He takes advantage of your sleeping form to go and prepare breakfast for you two. Then he brings it to bed.

Castiel is well aware of your preferences, so he’d basically spoil you for special breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The anniversary dinners are the better ones! He prepares the whole house with sweet candles, making the lightning give a more intimate and romantic environment. 

Completely trusts you to dye his hair! It’s a part of the monthly routine at this point, and you two have a lot of fun when you’re doing that. You take funny pictures of him, and he absolutely adores every single one of those pics as they save all the fun you had. 

He loves to take pictures of the most special moments with you. He even takes secret pics of you so he can stare at them when he is in a tour. He constantly gets teased by his bandmates about being such a simp, yet he shows his ring and proudly says “well, who’s married and loved and who’s not?”

When he is doing a tour, he makes sure to have morning and night calls just to check on you. He loves to hear you ramble about whatever crosses your mind. And even if he teases you about talking too much, he absolutely adores seeing your talkative side. It has been normal for both of you to see him go on a tour. He’ll always bring you some gifts from wherever he has gone, but good news…

Most of the time, whenever you’re free, he is kidnapping you to another country so he doesn’t miss you every single night. Of course, to do this he had to have a talk with his band members like “would you agree if I bring my spouse on our tours..?” 

And hell yeah, he achieved to make them agree! His relationship with you is known, he might post stuff with you on his Instagram and be proud about having you as his spouse. And expect this man to post stories with pics of you and 300 emojis of 😍💕 

Castiel is so in love. Even after any concert he gives a grateful speech where he always thanks you for being a great support on his career.

He can give you free guitar classes if you’d like too. And if you like to sing, he could be the guitar and you could be the voice. Though expect him to praise you a lot.

Oh, yes, the only problem… he might play his guitar late at night, when he needs to practice for any future concert, when he needs to unwind or when he is simply bored. The moment you let him know that he’s bothering you, he’d go quickly to bed like a sad puppy and apologize, filling you with kisses and hugs.

Castiel is very clingy when you both are in private! Even though he isn’t scared of being clingy in public, keeping his hand casually on your waist, planting short kisses on your cheek… but when you both are in private, expect him to be all over you. He’d have an arm around your shoulders so you can rest your head on his chest, as his free hand place your legs over his. And let’s not forget about the spontaneous kisses! He’d surely give you small kisses on your head, forehead, cheek, and finally lips.

Those cold winter noons, when the sun is finally hid and the day is ending, he’d keep you by his side on the couch, under a blanket and cuddling you as you see a random show or movie on the TV.

When you both can have a stable economy, every anniversary would result in traveling to some foreign country! Castiel has been in some places already, but the experience of going with you is definitely different and much better.

There would be a part of your daily routines where you both go on a walk with your pet (because it is a must to have a dog if you're living with Castiel, my bad) together and simply yap about whatever comes through your mind. And Castiel is very talkative as well. It is very easy to have fun with him and the laughs are always assured.

Castiel is very supportive with whatever you like, always pushing you to achieve your dreams. You also do the same for him, and he naturally wants to see you happy for achieving things in your life. He worries a lot about your mental health.

But he also worries a lot about your physical health, reaching the point of going out of the apartment to smoke so he doesn’t bother you (and he’d fill his clothes with perfume so the tabaco is subsided and doesn't bother you). 

And whenever you get sick, he truly hopes to be there and take care of you since the beginning. It hurts him in the heart when he is in a practice and receives the message of you having temperature :(. He makes his best to leave as soon as possible and then rushes to go back home, he can’t leave his spouse feeling dead while he is away!

Has a whole album of pics since your teen years until the recent ones which he fills every year and during the anniversary night, as you both are together cuddling in bed, he opens it and shows all the new pics that had been collected in the past year.

Night routines are always important, and he definitely wants you to teach him how to do a proper skincare routine, so his skin is always bright and stunning. 

I'm sure he'd trust you to shave his beard when it starts growing.

He is cuddly during the night and very talkative if he’s got the energy. So you two would lie down, sometimes his head on your chest or the other way around. Then your dog would join to bed and you three would be a happy family in bed!

Castiel likes to take you to some of the first spots where you both had your first dates as teens and do the same stuff again just to feel nostalgic.

At some point in your lives he’ll give you the speech of considering having kids. He’d love to have kids with you, the excitement of seeing you pregnant and taking care of you during that time is a thought that has crossed his mind lots of times. And damn he truly wishes. He wants to be a proud grandpa of his grandchildren and educate them, play with them and see them grow up.

In conclusion, you’re the softest spot of this man, and he is bragging whenever he can about having built an incredible life with his favorite person!

✧. - ̗̀ CASTIEL . . .

1. he would have such a SOFT spot for you, and it would be so obvious. you are basically the only one who can make him feel better when he is angry, and even though it may not seem like it, it is always very difficult for him to get angry with you. most of the fights you have are mostly in a joking way, mainly because he is way too patient with you, what makes it difficult for you to factually fight, and if it happens it has to be for a good reason. whenever he has a problem, or feels angry for some reason, he turns to you because he discovered that your presence calms him in some way, and he is more likely to take into account what you say about it than what other people say (literally does not care if someone tells him that something he´s doing is rude until you point it out). plus he can't help but give in to your attempts to make him smile when he's upset, which would bother him if it were someone else.

2. he would let you touch his electric guitar (which could result in homicide if someone else tried), he literally wouldn't care at all about trusting it to you. plus, I'm sure castiel would love to teach you how to play it, even if you understand absolutely nothing about music. from time to time he would teach you how to play easy melodies and tease you throughout the process, lovingly of course. it would be adorable to see him excitedly talking to you about something he likes, explaining in his own way how you should hold it, helping you by placing his hands on yours and smiling proudly when you achieve it. he wouldn't care if you couldn't do it, he'd really just enjoy spending time with you laughing when you hit the wrong note or when you forget what he was explaining to you. but it is true that he would be very excited to be able to share that with you.

3. so BOLD. i feel like all the time he would be saying the most out of pocket stuff that would make you blush intensely, and laugh about it because teasing YOU it´s his favorite thing to do. HE HAS NO SHAME, he wouldn't mind saying totally unexpected things in public or private just to see how your face immediately turns red. also would totally make dirty jokes just to watch your expression, also kissing you in public to fluster you would happen very often (i also feel like he wouldn´t do it in front of close friends, but would totally do it in front of strangers.) you could say that his main hobby is definitely embarrassing you.

4. SUCH A HEAVY SLEEPER, you could literally be shouting next to him but he would keep sleeping like a baby, not even MOVING the slightest. it´s funny because the only moment where he would actually wake up because of some movement, it would be when you pull away from his grip while cuddling for any reason. half awake he would simply mumble questions about why you moved, or just blink hard trying to see where you are so he can hug you again. his favorite way to cuddle would be spooning you, i don´t make the rules. he just loves feeling you snuggle against him and pull you closer. he woudn´t mind being spooned either if you liked it, but would prefer it the other way around.

5. he could be SO oblivious sometimes. like, for example, if you changed something in your looks he would take a good few minutes before noticing. or maybe with other things like you being mad. every time you would distance yourself from him because you´re angry, he wouldn´t notice. mainly because i feel like you two totally respect each other when needing space, but after you answering in a very sassy way he would just realize that maybe the reason of you distancing was something bothering you. he tries so hard tho to figure out these things 😭😭

6. used to dying his hair by himself since always, but it just takes a little insistence from you to let you help him. over time, it becomes a habit for both of you, so he always ask for your help whenever he´s about to start his hair treatment. it always ends up being a mess anyway, because he loves to get dye all over you whenever you do it just to annoy you a bit. (he also uses it as an excuse for you to massage his hair when washing it). and in case you would want to dye your hair he would gladly do it for you. but he just finds this moments so cute that he would do it so carefully and gently.

7. suddenly pull you into his lap to make you nervous, but actually enjoys a lot holding you. also loves to hold your waist, like, EVERYTIME. when you´re walking, hes already sliding his arm around ur waist. you two can be hugging and the first thing he would do is wrap his arms around your waist. the same when he´s kissing you, loves to pull you from the waist. would never admit how much he loves laying his head on your chest while cuddling, it soothes him.

8. for some reason i think castiel ignores EVERY message he gets. he´s just too lazy to answer, but only takes the time to answer yours. no matter the time, the place, or what he´s doing, he´ll type something back in response to whatever you sent. is also a huge hater on emojis, he would literally glare at the screen every time you send one. hate stickers too. ALSO HAS YOU AS HE WALLPAPER. would kill anyone who dares to tease about it. his phone has also a secret folder full of cute pictures of you. maybe sleeping, a blurry one walking, laughing, little videos of you two kissing, messing around, and he looks at every single one of them every time he misses you. he would be actually so shy if you ever saw it, he´s just so in love with you what can i say.

9. his kisses are the mos passionate thing ever. is just something about the way he makes you chase after him when he pulls away, the way even though he is normally unintentionally rough he completely changes when his lips are on yours. holding you so close to him by your waist, biting your lips from time to time, teasing you before actually kissing you, tracing the curves of your body while he deepens the kiss. he literally leaves you breathless every. single. time. the only way to fluster him is pulling him by his shirt and kissing him, he enjoys every time you do it even thought when you pull away you can see his blushing face.

✧. - ̗̀ NATHANIEL . . .

1. literally the most shy person at the start of your relationship. i think it would depend a lot when you two started dating. if it´s like in the game, he´ll probably won´t take long before actually being comfortable in the relationship. he´s been in one before, but the difference is that he never felt the way he does with you. i think he would anyway be so nervous to do almost anything. kissing, hugging, even expressing his love for you (which he does unconsciously anyways). he would wait for your consent before trying something like that until you literally have to explain to him that you´re totally fine with all of that.

2. he always find a way to help you anyway he can. it doesn´t matter what you´re struggling with, he will always be there to give you a hand. something i feel like something he always does for you, is remember the little things. i just think that nath is the kind of boyfriend who would be so attentive. he sometimes know you better than yourself, so he will always have your stuff prepared in case you need to go somewhere, he would bring you food he remembers you like, and would totally finish your homework for you when you´re too tired to do it yourself. he literally doesn´t care because he genuinely wants you to rest :(

3. SCARED of public pda. it´s not like a doesn´t want other people to know about your relationship or something, but he would never recover if someone saw you kissing, he´s just like that. anyway he´s totally fine with hand holding, you guys do it all the time. when he walks you home he always find a subtle way to graze his hand with yours until you get the hint (because he´s too nervous to ask you), and finally take his hand in yours. honestly, loves the intimacy it comes with it. loves to hold your hand under the table in a big group of people, while guiding you in crowds, while kissing, literally all. the. time. he takes hand holding even wen you´re both in bed, apart from the act itself, feels that holding your hand is a reminder that there are indeed feelings involved, gently intertwining fingers and gently pressing your hand from time to time in a loving gesture.

4. would love recommending books to you, and reading together. just laying in your lap while reading a book is all he needs to be happy. it´s okay tho if you don´t really enjoy reading, he just likes doing it in your company. in the case you like movies better, he would be fine watching anything you want, but secretly really likes romance movies. i strongly think that he randomly started reading to you at night whenever you stayed with him in his apartment. nath´s voice is so sweet and calm, that it lulls you to sleep almost instantly. also, he probably has the softest hands ever, and even softer every time he plays with your hair, so if you ever have trouble sleeping, you don´t have to worry about that anymore.

5. nath is mostly a light sleeper, and i think he is so prone to have nightmares. he sleeps better every time your next to him because you´re always ready to comfort him in case he wakes up scared. sometimes, when he´s alone and wakes up after having a horrible dream, he would think a lot about what to do since he just can´t sleep right away, the memories of the bad dream still livid. he would finally decide to text you something. if you´re up, he would like to call you and fall asleep while talking to you. if you´re not, he would just listen to your voice audios and try to regain sleep.

6. nath kisses are THE SWEETEST. he just adores kissing you when you´re alone. he always control himself when you´re in a public space, but in school would almost always wait for you both to be alone in the delegates room and would have a short make out sesh. he looks innocent, but he would be so passionate while kissing you. pressing you against the table, nibbling your lips, pulling you closer by the waist, the whole package. but the way he holds you is the purest thing i swear, so delicate and sweet that you get totally confused at the way he kisses you afterwards. he also loves staying there with you, simply hugging and pecking you in the lips form time to time.

7. loves back hugs. giving and receiving them. every time he´s stressed, you come up to him, and you just stay there, carefully squeezing his wait as you engulf him in a big hug. something about it makes him fell at ease, the closeness, the warmth, and the way your arms wrap around his torso and just stay there in complete silence, like you don´t need to say anything. when he´s upset, he does it a lot too and stays there like you´re some kind of charger. while sleeping is the exact same thing. i think we all remember that one episode in mcl where candy lays in nath´s bed and just hug him from behind. well, that´s exactly how i see them cuddling. no all the time tho, if you like being the little spoon is totally okay for him.

8. always sending you encouraging texts through the day: wishing you a good day, reminding you of something, sending some meme he finds funny, LOTS of stickers between texts, and stuff like that that totally brighten your day. also constantly likes to send you pics of his cat, calling you her mom all the time, which never fails to melt your heart. you´re the few people he trust enough to let you play with the little animal, hold her, feed her, and just petting it.

9. i feel like you two almost never really fight, just debate about stuff. but when something actually happens between i actually think nath would give you the silent treatment, in case you´re the one who messed up. also would give you that exasperated expression of him when he´s too stressed, and would be very petty. he would wait for you to come and apologize to him, which won´t long because he just can´t stay mad at you for too long. and if you´re the on who´s mad, in the first place he wouldn´t let you go, he would sit you down, wait till you´re not so angry, and talk about it while apologizing. he would try to understand you and give the time and space you need, still checking on you until you´re ready to forgive him.

✧. - ̗̀ LYSANDER . . .

1. the most romantic person in earth. he´s the kind of boyfriend who would LOVE to make handmade gifts for you. letters, crafts, and in general small details of things you like. dedicating love songs to you, most of the, written by him, leaving you notes throughout the day. i also feel like he would never forget to say good morning or good night to you, it's just part of his routine at this point. also has a lot of drawings of you in his note book, and is the most heartwarming thing ever. doodles of your face in his books, and some perfectly made drawings that would have him blushing if you ever saw one.

2. everything, but like, EVERYTHING reminds him of you. finds you in every single thing he looks at. it can be a cute picture, some object, a flower, a song. he always projects in the things he does, and mos of the time you´re the only thing he thinks about. i just feel like he he´s so whipped for you to a point where you won´t even understand. zones out all the time, mostly when he starts thinking of you (cough, cough, all day, cough).

2. castiel is TIRED. he talks his ear off all day about you, just ranting about every little thing you do for him. he literally knows so much about you two that he´s like the third one in the relationship at this point. he also notices how lysander always find a way to add something about you in every song. when it´s a song that they share, is very subtle, he just knows it because he probably mentioned it. but in the songs lys writes in his private notebook, they literally BASED on you.

3. LOVES to sing for you. his favorite moments are when you just lay your head in his lap and listen to his soothing voice whispering the lyrics of some song he wrote, which you instantly notice is about you. he doesn´t try to hide it anyway, but for some reason i feel like no matter how many songs he sang to you he just gets nervous every time. no because he thinks you won´t like it or something, is just that he talks about you in them in a way that is so disgustingly sweet and in love. also writes a lot of poems for you, and leaves them in your seat at the start of the day and loves watching your reaction while you read it.

4. stares a lot at you, in the most sweet way ever. actually so good at making eye contact (finds adorable how you´re always the first to look away blushing). his eyes literally shine the brightest when they´re focused on you, he doesn´t even blink for long seconds. his favorite past time is memorizing your features. this is why he know exactly how to read you. lys always know the exact face you make when you´re mad, the way you furrow your eyebrows when you´re confused or disagree with something, he know the exact color of your eyes, he literally knows your entire body language at this point, you don´t even have to talk because he already figured out what you´re thinking.

5. i feel like he´s the one normally initiating pda anywhere. he doesn´t really shows much affection in public, but would love having you sit on his lap while wrapping his arms around you and pressing his head against your back. lots of affection while passing by, just because he genuinely can´t keep his hands from himself. brushing his hand in your waist while passing, quick cheek kisses, lovesick smiles in the distance, instantly finding you in a crowded place and seeing him look at you with hearts in his eyes from afar, brief back hugs.

6. FOREHEAD KISSES. FOREHEAD KISSES. FOREHEAD KISSES. i think his main love language. he just finds forehead kisses something so sweet and intimate that he does it all the time. after a kiss he pulls away just to softly kiss your forehead. when he hugs you, he kisses your forehead or the top of your head because hes way more taller than you. while sleeping he does the same thing, since his favorite cuddle position is facing each other he kisses your forehead from time to time before dozing off.

7. his kisses are truly the most delicate thing ever. is just something about the way he pulls you closer, not even touching you, just placing his fingertips in your chin, tilting your face up to kiss you so slow, savoring the moment, tracing your jawline and carefully cupping your cheek after. and the way he pulls away makes you instantly chase after him. he´s so gentle, holding you like you´re made of glass, even sometimes biting so softly you just feel a little tingling sensation before he returns to kiss you sweetly.

8. loves taking care of you. every time you need help, just call, he´s there for you. you´re sick? he´s standing in front of your door with a bag full of food, your favorite snacks, and meds. you´re hungry? he doesn´t mind buying things for you, but prefers making the most delicious homemade meals (husband material fr). if you normally sleep late, he will totally scold you for not taking care of yourself and always makes sure you ate, drank enough water, and slept full 8 hours.

9. surprisingly good at giving advice, he just know how to say the right thing in the right moment, he doesn´t like arguments, so he normally hates fighting with you. he truly doesn´t mind who´s right and who´s wrong, all he wants is talk things out with you to fix everything. so he does the same thing when you fight to someone, he strongly believes the best way to make things up is giving each other and space and accepting your mistakes. also i totally know that it doesn´t matter how mad he is at you, he would never raise his voice or disrespect you. the way he still cares for you ad calls you cute names while subtly showing affection is the most heartwarming thing. he wouldn´t mess things up with you because of a temporary fight.

✧. - ̗̀ ARMIN . . .

1. can we all agree that armin and you are married, live together and raise your 4 children in sims? the moment you found about it was the literal most funny thing ever, he was casually showing you how he designed you two in his game and made a family in there, explaining everything with so much detail it actually seemed so real. YOU LITERALLY LOOK THE SAME IN THE GAME IT´S SURPRISING. he secretly wishes that his future with you looks exactly like that. it may seem like something he does for fun, but he literally aspires to have all of that with you.

2. gives you the most out of pocket petnames you can think of. both of you love to fight with each other who can come up with the most ridiculous pet names and just laugh your ass off while doing it. anyways it´s not so funny when he starts calling you his "pookie wookie bear" in public. he loves to do it tho because of how embarrassed you get. enjoys. every. second. hes totally unfazed when you do the same tho he genuinely finds it so hilarious. and if you call him an actually sweet petname, he´ll totally become a blushing mess so pls do it often, because he secretly screams internally every time you do.

3. you´re the only one who gets to touch his console. every time you two hang out in his house he lets you lay with him cuddling as you play together. so happy to share something he likes so much with you. he would also do things that he normally wouldn´t just to see your smile. he wants to share your hobbies just like you do with him, so all you have to do is say the word and he would do whatever you want, for example, going out. we all know he hates it but, for you, he would make an effort.

4. sucker for you playing with his hair. he finds it the most calming thing ever. it´s so funny how he randomly comes up to you, and lays his head in you thighs and you immediately know what he wants. literally vibrates from joy the moment your soft fingers start playing with his locks, softly scratching his scalp, and leaving kisses from time to time. also pls do it while you kiss him. his brain malfunctions every time you do it because he can´t take so much at the same time.i mean, your soft lips kissing his with so much love while you casually slide your hand through his hair, interlocking your fingers with it even pulling softly when he kisses you deeper? he melted. his kisses are so playful tho. loves to come up unexpectedly and steal kisses from you to make you flustered.

5. SO AWKWARD every time he comforts you. he tries so hard but even though he tries so hard to come up with something struggles so much to find the right words. it breaks him to see you cry, but sometimes its you who throws themselves in his arms before he clumsily wraps them around you and pats your back. he really wants to say something but he prefers to just hold you until you feel better. doesn´t pressures you to talk if you don´t want to, but is actually a very good listener and would silently stare at you while you rant about whatever is bothering you. also adds threats to whoever made you upset from time to time just to see your smile and chuckle about it.

6. he doesn´t mind about public affection. it´s not because he wants to make you nervous or anything, he literally doesn´t care who´s around. alexy for example doesn´t even care anymore because of how used he is to you two being affectionate. most of the time armin completely forgets where you two are, and just wrap his arms around you resting his head in top of yours, holding hands in front of everyone, unexpectedly kissing you whenever he feels like it. would GLARE if anyone dares to say something about it. i mean, he just loves affection, he hates staying away from you for too long so don´t expect him to be subtle. he also loves showing affection through little things like remembering little things about you.

7. LOVES horror movies. i just know it. normally uses them as an excuse to make you scared and snuggle against him every time something scary appears in the screen, and wrap his arms around you. anyway, he´s actually unfazed about everything he sees. i feel like it´s so hard to scare him. like, you have to pick a very good movie to make him at least flinch. definitely sleeps while watching 😭

8. loves to play silly jokes on you. can´t go a moment without making a joke, literally. loves to prank you every time he gets the chance, mostly scaring you for jumping out of nowhere because he finds the faces you make the funniest thing ever. also i feel like armin would sen you funny pics of him out of nowhere, a lot of memes, and random pictures he finds amusing.

9. SO unserious sometimes. this normally lead to both of you fighting a lot. i mean, you two would normally argue over a lot of stuff. not like actual fights most of the time, but the both of you are so petty that there is always someone who will be right and prove the other person wrong. worse when it's really something important and many times armin doesn't take it seriously, which usually happens because fighting stresses him out, and his way of dealing with it is by making jokes about it to lessen the tension. since this bothers you, you two end up fighting worse. in those cases, armin is initially convinced that he did nothing wrong and has no reason to apologize. it is almost always alexy who must intervene to explain to him that in fact, he is the one who is wrong and convince him (force him) to apologize, which he always does. anyway, over time, as he adapts more to the relationship and things get more serious, he learns to improve in that aspect, although you are almost always quite tolerant too.

✧. - ̗̀ KENTIN . . .

1. do i need to say that kentin is the most sweet boyfriend ever? i feel like hes the whole package. attentive, sweet, good listener, and SO PUPPY CODED. being with you literally makes him the happier person in earth, as cheesy as it sounds. he has no problem in telling you that all the time. he struggles a little but he out of nowhere starts ranting about how much he loves you, which you gladly listen to every time.

2. the most invested in physical contact. I think that kentin was always a loving person, but from the moment he discovered that specifically YOUR TOUCH is what makes him feel like he never had before, he also discovered that he hates being separated from you. he might even seem too clingy at times, since he literally sometimes feels his body ACHE from being separated from you for too long. he always seeks to touch you in some way, touching hands, hugs, kisses, anything that involves closeness.

3. kentin has no problem with affection in public, although generally you are the one who initiates it (in case you feel comfortable with that). however, the moment you show him in some way that it doesn't bother you at all, prepare to have him on top of you almost all the time. he doesn't really abuse it, but he does like to hold your hand and peck you from time to time, although he does blush if someone mentioned something about it. although he doesn't mind too much after getting used to it. his hold is literally the most soothing ever. its just something about the way his hands fit perfectly into yours, the way he gets lost in your eyes every time you two made eye contact, the blushing in his face when you´re the one kissing him first, and all the little gestures.

4. kentin kisses are literally the most breathtaking thing ever. he can never get enough of the taste of your lips in his. its just that he sometimes can believe the person he´s been dreaming about for so long is reciprocating his feeling, it sometimes gets too much for him. glossy eyes, faint touches, and loving caresses are the kind of things you can expect after kissing him (in private, of course). he just feels so vulnerable every time you cradle his face with your hands and get on your tiptoes to kiss him. i think he tries to be gentle, but ends up almost every time kissing you a little roughly, he just can´t help it sometimes. something he often does after kissing you, is pressing his forehead against yours just a moments before catching his breath and kissing you again.

5. he can be really insecure sometimes when it´s about you. he doesn´t find himself special to the point of deserving a partner so amazing like you, so, why would you even be with him while having so much other options? this thoughts get to him pretty regularly at the start of your relationship, because everything is so new to him and you´re just so important in his life that he needs a lot of reassurance during moments like this. he normally tells you about how he feels, but sometimes it gets a little hard for him to express himself. you know very well how to read him tho, he can be very transparent sometimes about his emotions. but after he gets more comfy in the relationship and starts maturing an realizing that you´re with him for a reason, this thoughts get almost inexistent.

6. can´t go a single day without cuddling with you. i think ken is actually very protective of you, which also shows in the way he likes to hold you. his favorite cuddling position his holding you securely against his chest, so he feels like protects you. and he totally does, because every time his strong arms wrap around you, pressing impossibly closer to each other is when you feel like nothing in the world can harm you as long as he´s there. but sometimes i think he wouldn´t mind AT ALL being held by you. there are those days where he feels like he´s just too tired and the only thing he needs is you, s he just lets himself relax in your embrace, calming himself by the sound of your heart beating.

7. loves hanging out with you. you guys see each other almost every single day. in high school, and then you both normally hang out a lot after that, normally going to the park, ken taking you on dates, taking a walk with cookie, making video call until late hours, and basically just coming out with any plan he can think of just to spend more time with you. you guys talk about a lot of stuff while chilling together anywhere you two decided would be a good place. talking about the future, where he always includes you.

8. LOVES making playlist for you and the sending them for you to listen to all the songs that reminds him of you. also, it normally ends with both of you blasting each one in your room while messily singing to the lyrics and laughing. i feel like he also loves to spend his time watching movies, and is totally the kind of person who wouldn´t shut up and would accidentally spoil you lol he always gets scolded by you.

9. kentin always does the impossible to avoid fights with you because he just can´t stand to know that helps the one upsetting you. if you guys fight over minor stuff he would apologize anyway, but he would be totally relieved you aren´t actually mad at him. but please never yell at him, or say something mean because kentin would literally cry. he actually does sometimes when the argument is serious and you just walk away out of anger. even if it hurts him he normally gives you space if you tell him (he would prefer not to because of his clingy ass but like, he gets it) but as soon as things cooled down, he would think of whatever he can do to fix things up (and just like lys, he doesn´t even care about who´s right). honestly, he just wants to make up as soon as possible.

NATHANIEL

Impressed, very impressed. He knew since the beginning that you invested your time and effort in writing, and he loves the passion you show towards it. Nathaniel is the kind of person who notices when someone is doing their best in something they like, and he finds it admirable. That’s why he is one of your biggest supporters.

He might not be the most creative guy, yet he is very attentive and has a great memory. So when you’re rambling about any character, the plot of your book or some random ideas, he might remember them all and give you his honest opinion. No matter the genre you’re writing about, no matter if he’d normally be interested or not, he will be your beta reader.

Nathaniel likes the peaceful environment when you’re writing, the sound of you writing on your notebook or typing in your laptop. He might give you space so you can focus, or simply be around in the same room as he keeps himself busy with other stuff.

He will be very aware of the time you spend writing, checking on you now and then to know if you need a tea, if you’re feeling good and how is the novel going. Nathaniel knows that there’s a point in which your brain needs to rest, but he gives you the time to squeeze your brain to release all the ideas you’ve got so you can advance on your novel.

When he sees that you start sighing, he might approach and carefully wrap his arms around you from behind, “I think it’s time for a break,” he’d whisper. He knows that the answer you might give at first is a no, but he gives you that insistent glance that makes you say yes easily.

Nathaniel takes you on walks towards the park, the forest or simply the street so you can explain him what you’re stuck with. He’s fine with you sharing your novel worries or keeping them to yourself, but he won’t allow you to get demotivated by it.

As the beta reader he is, he is going to be honest with it, so prepare yourself for a whole essay (in case it is needed) of comments. They aren’t negative, most of the time it’s just him commenting how did he feel about that scene emotionally, but there are other comments to help you improve any dialogue or scene.

“Writing is something you must enjoy, something therapeutic. The moment you start to not enjoy it, let me know, and we’ll go to take a refreshing break,” he said as both of you cuddled in the couch, his thumb tracing small circles on your shoulder, aiming to support you through it.

CASTIEL

Gives you space. Castiel is aware of how lonely the work of a writer is, and even if he doesn’t want to leave you alone, he gives you the space you need to focus and write. He’d go practice with his guitar constantly or walk your dog so it doesn’t bark and break your focus or anything.

He naturally helps you to get inspiration, even if it’s not related to any project you might be working on. The many things he rants about always give you some random ideas for any other stories. He rants to you about everything so you can get any ideas to add to your book. Any gossip around him that can add spice to your book will be said immediately as soon as he gets home!  

Celebrating your achievements together. The moment you tell him that you ended a chapter, that you kept going or whatever, he is going to be so damn proud of you! Writing isn’t an easy work. It requires a lot of focus and constancy, which he feels very happy to see in the results of your efforts. So if you tell him you ended a chapter, there will be a special date for both of you that week.

He doesn’t have too much time to read your books during his normal days, but when he is on a plane towards any city for his tour, and he is bored, he is definitely going to read your stuff.  

He honestly hopes there is a character inspired by him.

Castiel doesn’t quite know what to do to help you through the writer’s block, but he will always encourage you to keep going. Don’t you ever think of giving up! You have talent, and he’s going to publish your books in case you do not do it on your own (like some authors…)

He pulls you into a cozy movie marathon so you can rest, unwind and probably get inspiration through that movie. 

Every night he makes sure that you are comfortable to get a good rest. And during those warm moments, right when you’re trapped in his embrace, receiving the most loving cuddles, he’d ask about your progress for the day. He’d place a kiss or two on your head, complimenting your brain for being capable of putting effort into writing. Even if that day you didn’t really advance with stuff, he thinks that the time invested in squeezing your brain to get any minimum idea is already enough to be proud of.

“It’s normal you can’t squeeze more out of your brain. Let it all come natural. Most of the time inspiration comes when you less expect it, even it might come as you start writing. But don’t give up, babe. Good things require time and lots of patience.” He's one to talk lol

LYSANDER

You like to write? Cool, he likes it too! He’s focused on poems, mainly romantic or sad. He has a few notebooks to write on, and they’re all filled of words and words and words, it’s actually impressive. So when he finds out you two share the same passion, you’ll start having writing dates! Dates where you both get on a cozy spot and quietly start writing on your projects.

Knows how frustrating it is to get writer's block. And everyone has their own methods to overcome it, yet he’ll help you as much as he can to find your method.

Warm baths are the typical moments where you both can relax and talk about everything, including your worries. So he’d massage your shoulders as you rant about how you’re stuck in a part of your plot, thinking about how to help. Lys needs time to formulate a good solution, so he might comfort you and make you relax as he keeps thinking of any idea to help you.

Records conversations about your stories to listen to them later as a podcast. If he gets any idea as he hears it, he will quickly write it down to tell you later or will directly message you.

He easily forgets about your characters’ names, so be patient with him…

He doesn’t like to set any alarms to take a break, so he is just natural about them. Whenever you feel tired or stuck, stop.

Writing is a lonely work, yes, but his presence makes you feel quietly supported. You both can keep going with your projects, sending some glances at each other now and then. He goes outside whenever he is taking a break, so he lets you know by kissing your head and mumbling it to you.

Lys likes to read your stuff whenever you’re besides him, one arm around your shoulders, pulling you into the crook of his neck, as the other hand holds the manuscript to read what your mind achieved to create.

He admires your talent and has no shame in expressing it.

“I feel very proud of having such a talented partner, you know? Not everyone is as creative and good at this as you are,” he’d press a kiss to your forehead, his typical warm, little smile appearing for you.

KENTIN

He is very sweet and patient with you! He knows you’re passionate about writing and will support you through it. Never give up! No matter how hard it is. It strokes his ego to tell others that his partner is a talented writer.

During your writing sessions, he brings you snacks. You need to get energy when you’re using your brain so much. He’d stay around when you write, in silence to not bother you. And he normally ends up falling asleep on your lap.

Whenever you’re writing in a cold environment he is definitely placing a blanket over your shoulders. Why? Because he is simply attentive with your needs and wants you to be as cozy as possible as you do the stuff you like.

You want him to read your chapter? HELL YESSS!! He is such a fangirl. He actively comments to you about every single thing that has caused him any emotion. If you’re there with him, you will see his face twist in disgust in front of any character he dislikes, or any gasp escaping when he finds the plot twist. Man, he is very cute. And if you aren’t there when he is reading, he will spam your chat with lots of comments.

If there is any character he dislikes, he’s gonna react personally to any action coming from them.

Kentin is a great help for you to create more content about your OCs as he will be very curious and put your characters into situations you’d never thought about. He makes the dumbest but most genuine interesting questions for you to develop your OCs’ traits even more.

He likes to send you pics that match your novels’ vibes. Whenever he is walking with his doggos and sees a flower that reminds him of a certain character, he’ll send a pic! Or whenever he sees something cool outside, he will quickly tell you because it could be a great way to inspirate you.

He will beg you to take breaks because no matter how much you are invested in writing, you need to take a break.

“Oh, come oon! Your body will be very grateful to rest and spend some time with your lovely boyfriend, won’t it?”

ARMIN

The biggest distraction for you, not only because he is such a loud gamer, but because he interrupts your peace by entering without a warning to your room to talk to you about the most random thing ever. You’ve grown some patience about it though. Armin doesn’t take it personally if he makes you irritated because he knows he should’ve respected your working times, and giggles, apologizes and leaves.

Armin doesn’t like to read unless it is a manga he knows he’s going to enjoy. He prefers to listen to you reading your manuscript to him, as the sound of your voice is beautiful for him. And also because he actually pays attention to your words most of the time. Whenever you are cuddling, ready to sleep, taking a bath together or whatever, he is more than willing to listen to you.

Lots of inner jokes about your characters and some moments of your novel. He loves your OCs just as much as you do, and randomly sends you Instagram Reels or tiktoks that reminds him of any of your OCs “lol, this is completely ____”

Suggests you the most dark ideas for your stories. They are very weird. In case you’re writing a dark novel, it might be good… because Armin has gotten the most twisted ideas about dark content due to playing horror games. But if not, be careful that he doesn't end up making you traumatized.

His informatics knowledge can help you in case you want to make your novel well known. He can help you with the advertising of it or the format of your document.

The best way for him to help you to unwind is offering you to play games with him :). 

He is genuinely good at helping you to overcome the writer’s block, because he’d do a brainstorm of activities you could do to rest your mind: Change your environment, try writing different stuff, try seeing any random prompts to write scenarios, write about any crazy thing that comes to your mind, take a nap… just do whatever to stop your brain from braining so much and rest!

“Ah… I admire your strength to think for so long. I could never. Do you want to play for a while though? Your mind might need some fun after so much torture,” he’d playfully suggest, being half joking and half true about his words.

RAYAN

Lowkey one of his goals: To have a writer partner. He can get to be one of the first ones to read such a masterpiece. He feels very special, and sort of doing something illegal, yet he has your whole permission to read.

Working date? Reading date? Talking about your work date? Yes. Yes to all of that.

He will buy you the most beautiful notebooks to write on! He’d randomly appear home with a bag and say “well, this is for you,” and gives you the most beautiful small notebook you’ve ever seen to write on.

Supports you to write subjects you’re not experienced with so you can educate yourself and know more about it. He can easily provide material to study if you need it :). 

Expect him to be strict about the use of your grammar… if you need to correct something, any structure, any word that you used wrongly, he’s telling you, so the quality of your book is much better.

Another one who takes advantage of the quiet and calm environment there is on the room to work on his stuff meanwhile. As you write, he makes himself busy with reading or correcting his students’ exams.

Sometimes you both would end up working on bed, as it might be very cozy to do it there. Both under the blanket, in silence, only being heard the typing of your laptop and your calm breaths.

He prefers to not interfere in your work and let you set your boundaries, since everyone works different. He’s always going to be there for you though, whenever you need a shoulder to cry on about being blocked in a spot of your plot.

He’s definitely going with you to the library so you can get some good books that are specifically made for writers! Those give some good advices about how to overcome writer’s block.

Goes with you to literary events so you can get inspiration and motivation from other authors, plus getting more contacts for the future. He will indeed help you with contacts and support the idea of you meeting with more writers to rant about your problems together. There could be better advices coming from someone that knows your situation and your feelings rather than someone who’s just seeing it from outside.

HYUN

Do u write? You really do??? He is very impressed and stares at all your books in awe. He’d wish to have such creativity! This only makes him feel more in love with you.

He brings you your favorite pastries and drinks from the café for your working sessions. And there’s always a note on them! “Have a nice writing session, my love! ^^” and a small doodle of him sending a kiss. 

Doesn’t want to bother you at all, so whenever you’re going to write, he tends to disappear to give you space. Sometimes he’ll ask for permission to share the same comfortable spot with you, promising to not make a single sound! He simply wants to be with you. And as he studies he’ll stare at you from behind, too bored to study.

He isn’t good at giving you any advice related to your writer’s block or any other problem related to your story :(. He might be your biggest fan though! And whenever he is taking a break on his work he’ll text you to get updates of your project. 

He genuinely loves to see how you spam him with your ideas. He always compliments your imagination for going through so many ideas. He is literally cheering you up no matter how bad the idea is (he believes that even the bad ideas are good because he could’ve never thought of that).

Doodles your characters for you when he is bored. He gets back home and happily approaches to you, like a little kid, “baby! Look what I did,” he says and shows you a small paper where one of your characters was.

He completely believes in your talent! And will constantly verbalize it to you. The moment you get your book published and you start receiving good comments, he will be the first one to read them (he constantly checks the page of reviews and reads out loud each positive comment), and damn… he’s much more excited than you to see those positive comments. He might see the 'negative' ones as things to improve, no need to get demotivated!

Whenever he is talking with a customer at the café, he’ll drop that his partner is a writer, just in case there is any luck of getting more readers in the future or an agent for an editorial!

PRIYA

She will gift you a handmade cup for your tea, coffee or simply water to use during your writing hours! It will have beautiful flowers around and an inspiring sentence for you to never give up. Priya knows how draining can be to be creative for so long, and it is ok to not have any ideas sometimes. 

She makes sure the environment you work in is comfortable for you. She lights your favorite candle, so the sweet scent of it can be beneficial for your focus.

Priya likes to study besides you, as it’s a way to spend time with you, share some snacks and focus in your stuff individually. She uses timers to set the time to work and the time to study. She actually helps you to set a routine for writing.

I believe she is genuinely interested in knowing anything from your characters and plot, reaching the extremes of making questions that aren’t answered in your book. She will most likely do a deep psychological analysis of your characters.

She is very patient with you, knowing how frustration could take the best of you from any block or any hard scene to write. Writing isn’t easy, and it is such a long process. The moment she sees you aren’t enjoying it, she practically forces you to stop and take a break, “darling, take a deep breath, yes? Writing takes time and patience. You’re already doing a good job by keeping constancy with this.”

Gladly your beta reader, gives you her honest thoughts about your manuscript with cute post-its, making it so visually cute and attractive to read. Even the comments to improve seem softer from the cuteness of the format. And she also does it this way, so her words do not affect you that much! She knows you worked hard on a scene, she simply suggests things to improve the experience and give more intensity to the scene.

Priya is very good at taking you out from the writer’s block as she’ll drag you to have a deep talk about it with her. She’ll ask things from another perspective, setting your characters in other scenarios to develop them and get an idea from those random scenarios. She’d suggest you to try freewriting for a few minutes, even if you can simply write your thoughts during that day, or any of your recent dreams. If you want to get more creative, she’ll help you to do a collage of pics that match the vibes of your story, or simply take a warm bath and a nice nap to relax. The lack of creativity comes from mental exhaustion. And you should definitely write without any pressure and enjoy the process!

NATHANIEL

When he first met your boyfriend, he didn’t immediately feel comfortable around him because he didn’t see someone genuine or honest. But he never commented about it. As time went by, he saw that you sometimes missed classes, you struggled to keep your focus… and most of those times were because you were anxious and overthinking due to that guy. Nathaniel felt rage about it, but all he could do was simply to support you.

The day you told him your boyfriend cheated on you, Nathaniel took a few seconds to react as well, as if he needed to check that he understood correctly.

“Jesus… are you ok?” he asked, but he realized that it was a dumb question to ask. 

Nathaniel would make sure that you don’t make any impulsive decisions right after finding out, because he knows that when someone is heated, actions aren’t that controlled.

If you start saying things just as “maybe it was my fault”, “maybe he got bored of solving our problems”, he’d get firm. He’d say “the fact that couples have problems doesn’t turn this acting into something acceptable.”

He wouldn’t pressure you to break up immediately either, but he’d honestly tell you that the best thing to do is to stay away from someone who isn’t scared of hurting you.

Nathaniel would be as quiet as possible about this subject and would cut off any conversation involving that information. If Peggy gets to know about this, he’d act to stop her from spreading more information about it and not hurt you.

He’d accompany you through this situation, giving you space when it’s needed but always being attentive of you. He’d walk you home, stay with you in the library, text you asking if you have eaten, share some of his snacks with you…. 

Nathaniel would make sure that you can heal from this emotional wound, not quickly, but in the best way possible.

CASTIEL

He didn’t form any opinion about your relationship and couldn’t care less, but he wouldn’t mention it either or criticise it with anyone else because it was none of his business. 

When you tell him the news, his first reaction is immediate, a short and dry “what?”

He’d make you a couple of questions to know if you’re sure about it or your overthinking is making you reach fake conclusions. It’s not that he doesn’t trust you, but he is aware that sometimes our minds can be tricky. 

But the moment you show him evidence and he processes the whole situation, he is angry. That kind of anger that makes him wanna act on his impulses. He wouldn’t comfort you immediately, instead, he’d also need a moment for himself to not start insulting that guy.

He’d give you an awkward squeeze on the shoulder and mutter a quiet “I’m sorry for that.”

Don’t ever minimize the situation or blame yourself for it, and less to try to give that guy another chance — Castiel would get real mad and say “are you really losing yourself to an idiot that didn’t even respect you!?”

He isn’t good at comforting words, it might be awkward because they’d be clumsy coming from him. But he’d prefer to distract you: go out for a walk, go to any new place in the city… anything to distract you from getting consumed by your thoughts.

Castiel holds grudges towards that idiot and would never be nice at him again after what he did. And if the guy talks to him, Castiel would most likely spit a sharp comment related to it but without directly mentioning the situation. 

LYSANDER

He never had a problem with your boyfriend, but never got a good feeling from the whole relationship. The reason was that you always gave more than you received, and that was both sad and weird.

The moment you told him about you getting cheated on, he seemed to not react. But he was actually shocked about that. He hugs you and lets you cry all you need about it so you don’t hold everything to yourself. 

He will always listen to your venting before starting with his comforting words. And sometimes there won’t be any words, there will be small letters or small details that he brings you to see your smile.

When you two meet, he is bringing some snacks, a fancy drink, a small plushie… and with time his details get more pretty, such as a small bucket of flowers and the symbolism of them in a small, decorated paper.

Those small letters are generally made with comforting and reassuring words with some questions that could help you to distract yourself whenever you’re alone. 

Lysander won’t bring out the topic and will always try to change the subject whenever someone says something about your ex. 

Going out with him helps a lot, as he forgets about that topic and ends up ranting about anything else that helps you to keep your mind distracted. He also brings you to his and Castiel’s private meetings to practice some music. And he even offers to meet with Rosalya and Leigh, the four of you together, to keep yourself busy.

KENTIN

Since the beginning, he tried to get along with your boyfriend, even if it felt wrong. It made him feel weird, as if he was hurting himself on purpose by seeing the girl he has always loved loving someone else. But he felt something was off, and he didn’t know if it was his overthinking or the reality, but the efforts on the relationship were one-sided and he saw how much that hurt you.

You decided to tell him immediately once you found out about your boyfriend meeting other girls behind your back, and he got deeply worried about you at first. 

He can get overwhelming with his questions, because he gets deeply worried about knowing if you have eaten, if you have talked with anybody else about it and whether you need space or need someone. 

He can’t hide the fact that he is mad. He is mad because your trust got broken due to an idiot who cannot keep a relationship and didn’t deserve your love at all.

And it also hurts him to see you blaming yourself. He won’t let you finish your ranting if you ever start blaming yourself loudly, not a chance! He starts giving you comforting words that might be filled of nervousness to not accidentally confess because it was too soon to make any move. And he wanted you to heal from this before opening your heart towards love.

It hurts him thinking that someone couldn’t value what he always considered important: you.

Kentin offers you to go for a run with him after some time so you don’t issolate yourself too much. 

ARMIN 

Armin didn’t build a first impression on your boyfriend and he let the time build it for him, by showing him who your boyfriend really was. He was always nice to him and played some jokes on him too, like with everybody else, but he stopped progressively when he saw weird things in your relationship. He ignored you sometimes, he cancelled or forgot plans with you, he had too many secrets or said too many notorious excuses.

And when you tell him that he cheated on you, he is in between saying “I expected it, he’s an asshole” and “no way, I think it could be a misunderstanding”, because it’s hard for him to imagine someone doing that so lightly. 

He drops the jokes at first and decides to be a good listener and adviser for once. Cry all you need about it and he will try to cheer you up, along with Alexy, about how much better you are than your ex. 

Armin doesn’t talk much about the subject because he doesn’t want to be tiring with it, so he is always trying to distract you in some way or another. He sends you lots of reels and memes, offers you to play games with him or watch him play as you both talk about anything… he doesn’t treat you as a broken doll — that’s not the way of fixing things.

Of course, whenever you need to cry about it, he’ll let you be and respect your space.

But even if he keeps treating you the same way and doesn’t dig on the negative things that are on your mind, that doesn’t mean he isn’t worried about you.

NATHANIEL

He also had to face getting anxious about speaking in public as he had to be the face of the classroom and give a good impression. Nathaniel had to learn how to speak properly in front of teachers and the whole class to be a good example and communicate correctly some ideas.

No matter the confidence he might show, he still feels terrified of messing it up and that becoming a chain of negative consequences.

When the words “oral presentation” left the teachers mouth, there was a collective sigh. Nath couldn’t show a negative reaction towards it but he hated the idea, plus he noticed your panic.

Nath will offer to practice it together. To face a fear you must attempt to face it, you must accept that you’re afraid of that and mentalize that you want to change it. He will be there to help you, giving you advice about the things you should improve.

“Eye contact..”, “try to communicate with your hands”, “explain, do not memorize anything”, “focus on communicating the message, do not try to be so perfect”, “bring a bottle of water with you”.

He’ll make you practice until those mistakes are missing. Mastering public speaking can take some time. Every time you practice, it gets a little bit easier. That’s why you’d start preparing the project soon.

Before you started the presentation he told you, “while you present half of the class will be preparing for their own presentations, so don’t worry and take your time”.

During the presentation he wouldn’t do any sign, he’d simply nod to your words and listen attentively to you. He’d have a subtle smile on his lips. He doesn’t want to distract you.

Once you finished your presentation, he squeezed your shoulder and said “you did much better than you can imagine”.

CASTIEL

The type of student who knew there was an oral presentation and still improvised because it isn’t that important for him. Even if it goes wrong, it’s not the end of the world.

Seeing you so distressed about it made him worried and confused. He’d sit with you and ask you what is the thing that makes you stressed the most about an oral presentation.

At first he’d think about asking the teacher if you could do the oral presentation in private with the teacher, trying to adapt the situation to your nervousness. But the chance of that request being rejected was very high.

So it was time to work on this anxiety.

He’d give you several pieces of advice such as recording yourself to analyze your position, volume and breathing. You must be able to critique yourself but without dragging you down. It must be an objective critique. 

You’d need to know what you are talking about, that’s why it is important to be yourself the one doing the project, searching the information and writing it down. If you do the research and you read calmly the information for anything, you’d be able to explain it better as you are the one putting that effort for your project and not anyone else or an ai…

Seeing you in a cycle of stress will get him soft. He’d cup your cheeks and say “we’re all going to die, do you think people will remember this presentation in 10 years? You’re overthinking it too much”.

Small dates after each one of your practices to unwind (or he might bring you snacks every now and then)

The day it happens he’d be attentive only to your presentation. As always, a pocker face. Yet after classes he’s going to reward you for your good job.

LYSANDER

Another one who is pretty familiar with feeling anxious before exposing himself in public, both in projects or his own concerts. Somehow he always seems calm, always talking slowly and not fearing the silence.

He wouldn’t realize that you are anxious over the project coming up, so you’d be the one asking him for advice related to that topic.

Lys would share his thoughts and tips with you;

If you feel anxious about public speaking, you better know that the anxiety will always be there because you worry about the results of your efforts. You can learn to control your anxiety and go one step past it. Practice will make a big part of your speech successful.

Lys would tell you to not fear the silence and speak slowly as well since it will allow you to vocalize correctly and think what you are going to say next.

Write an outline in a small paper with the keywords of the important topics and use it as you practice as well.

Get comfortable in the space where you will talk! Lysander will accompany you to practice the presentation in the classroom where it will be when it is alone. He doesn’t mind spending half of his noon there with you, as at least he’d be able to see your improvement.

Before starting the oral presentations he’d bring you tea so it can help you to relax.

Deep breaths before going to the front of the class, and keep in mind that once you finish it, you will be more relaxed, and it will be done!

KENTIN

Yeah, so… he is in the same position. He gets sweaty and anxious during oral presentations, sometimes his mind goes completely blank and other times he simply starts stuttering.

He started fearing to speak in front of the whole class since he got laughed at for mistaking two words and saying something embarrassing. 

So you both would learn to control anxiety together. Or at least try :).

Meetings in his house, having chocolate cookies for snacks and building an audience of stuffed animals on his bed to practice. He will be in between all the stuffed animals, eating cookies and looking at you.

No matter what, he’d cheer you up after any try, “you’re improving! I bet you will do it perfectly.” This baby is very very supportive.

He’d notice your trouble for keeping eye contact so he’d suggest you to look at the top of people’s heads as it wouldn’t distract you as much as looking at the eyes.

Kentin would tell you to aim high and not think the worst. The anxiety makes you think about the worst scenarios, but what about the positive ones? You are capable of doing it, you are well-prepared and you know your material.

The night before the presentation you’d receive lots of cuddles.

And then… the time has come. Kentin gives you a tiny kiss on the forehead as a luck wish.

He looked at you with such a proud smile through the whole presentation, his leg shaking for the nervousness of his own presentation, but making sure he can be a good supportive boyfriend for you.

ARMIN

The type of student who doesn’t know there was a project -which he clearly didn’t do- yet he improvises the whole oral presentation smoothly.

He isn’t the best advisor to your anxiety… the only useful thing he says is for you to take it easy and explain your project with the knowledge you got from it.

He understands that you are scared of the results, a reason why he’d quickly set a positive path in the conversation when you start with the “what if… what if…”

If something wrong happens, let it happen and you retake the path in your speech. Your mind goes blank? Go for another point and when you remember slight information about the previous one, go for it. Even teachers and politicians do stutter or go blank during their speeches.

You will always be the one criticizing yourself the most, making you sad and down for no reason. You aren’t your emotions, you are you, who is currently trying to deal and keep under control the anxiety, trying to put a distance in between you and it.

Armin hates to see you with such a negative mindset and helps you to unwind, because no matter how much you practice, your brain also needs a rest to keep working efficiently later. He’d kiss your head and remind you that you are doing a great effort and that will have good consequences.

Even though mf would tell the teacher that you’d like to present the project first! You hated him at that moment. But he whispered “you’ll be grateful later”.

Once you finished, you held the urges to punch him on the shoulder but he pulled you close and said “now you can chill a bit, you did good as I knew you’d do and I will do muuuch worse. So you set the expectations high for the teachers.”

And indeed his presentation made the teacher value your project much better.

I was sure that my return to the city would be harder. After all, I couldn't blame anyone for being angry with me. If one of my friends just left, without even saying goodbye, I wouldn't be happy either. But, luckily for me, they had a much better reaction than I expected.

At the moment, I only saw Rosa and Melody. Although perhaps I didn't know how to show it at the time, having seen them after so long squeezed my heart so much that I still feel my emotions on the surface.

To tell the truth, I'm scared. Although I used to seeing eachother very often in high school, whether to go out for a drink or just to walk around the city, this is not high school anymore. And it's now, when I'm getting ready to go out, that I feel like I'm getting ready in my old room to go shopping with the them. The phone vibrates, and brings me out of my melancholic thoughts.

I look at him out of the corner of my eye, the screen glows with a notification from Alex.

Alex…

I refrain from further worries and simply read it from the preview.

"[Y/NNN]??? we are waiting for youuuu"

"Years waiting to see you, and you still late🙄​"

I smiled wistfully. I know he says it jokingly, but the guilt is real. But that's not important now, because it's once and for all my time to fix that, and to get back on track with my life here. I type a quick, “on my way,” before pocketing my phone and heading out the door to my campus room. Although the phone rings again, I don't bother checking it and I hurry to arrive on time.

I look at the time on the screen: "11:48." I curse under my breath. I'm a little embarrassed to admit that I'm lost, and that even though I've been wandering around on the same street for more than twenty minutes, I still can´t find the bar. On the other hand, who would think of inviting someone to a place and not sending the address?

When I start to stress again, I recognize a voice in the distance that I would recognize anywhere. It's Alex. I follow the sound, although I don't pay attention to what it says, none of it matters when I see it. His eyes light up and he falls silent immediately. As I expected, he almost hugged me to the ground. Rosa also briefly joined our hug, smiling as she watched us interact.

"Finally!" He screeches in my ear, and although it dazes me a little I laugh out loud. "I missed you like crazy…" He whispered to me, and I had to separate myself for a moment to not burst out crying in my place.

"I missed you, Alex.." I sighed, but he seemed to notice my mood, changing the subject slighlty.

"You´re back, all that matters." He jokes, and I smile. "I hope you're ready for the surprise then."

I raise an eyebrow. "Surprise?"

"Yes, I told you by text." He emphasized obviously, gesturing towards his phone.

Of course, the text I didn't read. I nod briefly, so he thinks I know what he's talking about. Their surprises honestly scare me. They can go from something exciting to something illegal, you never know what to expect from these two. I'm nervous yes, I assume the "surprise" is inside.

"It's not bad at all." Rosa calms me down, she seems to read my mind sometimes. "I promise you'll be happy"

Well, now I'm scared.

Alexy wastes no time in cutting off the conversation, and Rosa simply presses her hand on my back lovingly, urging me to enter the disco-bar, "Snake Room." This was definitely not there when I lived here. Well, most of the things I see now didn't used to be there. Upon entering I immediately notice the loud music, the smoke and the smell of alcohol, the lights blur my vision a little, and it is difficult for me to discern where Alex is.

Rosa guides me a little to the table near the bar, which seems to be one of the quietest places in the place. But that's when the colored lights hanging near the stage allow me to catch a glimpse of him.

"I thought it would be nice for you to see each other again." Alex says, trying to calm the tension in the air.

My breath stops for a few moments. I don't know how to feel, but my body responds on its own. I'm shaking a little, and at this point I don't know if it's the flashing lights or their presence that's making me dizzy. I can barely move to get close to greet him. He changed a lot. Of course his essence is still there, I can tell, but it's definitely different.

"Welcome back." His voice is also different, deeper I could say. It throws me off a little. Well, all of him does. I curse myself internally. I was convinced I was ready for this, but I see I'm not.

I smile at him reflexively, and sit down across from him. The silence feels quite loud now that I feel his gaze on me, even though I avoid making eye contact. Rosa clears her throat, and gestures indiscreetly at Alex. I would laugh, if it weren't for the fact that this whole situation has me totally overwhelmed. I look at him for a few seconds, but he was already looking at me. God, I don't know if I can handle this.

"I imagined you´d be happier…" He smiled with amusement, and I couldn't help but feel my heart skip a beat at his expression. He looks boyish, in a strange way. It's as if for a moment, his expression took me back to high school Armin.

"I'm surprised, that's all." I laugh nervously.

"Well, he came all the way here just to see you." Alexy clarifies, but Rosa waves him off with a glare.

I look at him with my eyes slightly open. "You´re not living here?" The question escapes me before I can think about it.

"Not quite." He clarifies, and takes a sip of beer. It's now that my throat feels a little dry, but I don't feel like drinking alcohol. I could end up doing things i´ll regret. "Although now that you're back, I'd think about it." He winks at me.

I looked to the side, and felt my cheeks burn a little. It looked like it was going to be a long night.

"I thought you were tougher." Rosa reproaches, tripping a little, but Alexy holds her steady. "Now you go to bed early and don't drink. You've become an old man." He grimaces, and a laugh escapes us.

"It's not that!" Alex complains. "I just wanted to greet [y/n] sober." He looks at me smiling, and I smile back. "I'll take care of the old drunk" Rosa exclaims a "hey!" and hits him lightly on the shoulder, but he doesn't flinch.

"Are you back on campus?" Armin asks me, and then I remember that he is, in fact, still here. He looks at me, waiting for my response but I freeze instantly. Every time he speaks I experience the same embarrassment.

"Well, I'll leave you, lovebirds." The idiot does it on purpose. But for the first time, I notice that I'm not the only one embarrassed, Armin's cheeks turn pink, and he sends a reproachful look to his twin, who smiles innocently. Some things never change, I see. "Take care of her." It sounds more like a threat than a request, to which the black-haired man rolls his eyes and nods.

I watch Alexy walk away in the opposite direction.

Silence falls between us, and it is until we see the two disappear after turning down the street that I understand that I am alone with him. I smile awkwardly at him before taking a couple steps back.

"I'll walk you back." I open my eyes a little, and look at him with surprise. He seems sure of his words, and looks at me expectantly with that smile of his that I still have to get used to. "I don't like the idea of ​​you walking alone,"

"As much of a gentleman as I remembered." I reply, a flirtatious smile escaping me and Armin simply smiles wider. "It's close, anyway"

"I insist." His expression is confident, and well, I don't mind his company either.

With a slight nod of my head, Armin understands that I agree, so we start walking towards the campus. The silence this time is not awkward, and although we don't talk about anything, it really feels like there are an infinite number of topics to touch on. Not very pleasant topics. After all, we can't ignore that we were together, and that the break-up wasn´t the most pacific thing either.

"I was also glad to see you again." I whisper, and even though my voice sounds quiet, he hears me. He always does.

"I figured you'd be mad." He confesses, and although I don't see his face I know he's looking at me.

Deep down, yes I am. But I'm not sure if that was enough of a reason to ruin the evening and Alex's surprise. It would have been nice to have mentally prepared myself so that I wouldn't have reacted like a schoolgirl to seeing him.

"Well, it's been a long time…" I clear my throat a little. "I have my reasons to be tho."

"Yeah, but I bet you forgot all of it with how good I look." He mocks, smiling widely.

I click my tongue. "You can't use your face to change the past."

"You're right, but I can use it to change things now." A lopsided smile appears on his features, and his comment takes me by surprise.

I tense up suddenly and simply look away. I hate that probably if he tried… "You're too cocky." I complain.

Deep down, I wonder if that would bother me. It's stupid. Armin didn't care that we broke up, I really wonder what his intentions are now. But, I can't deny that the memory is still alive in me. Everything about him remains in me as if he had never left, and it bothers me that I couldn't change that in this embarrassing amount of time we were apart.

"I just feel like I'm not the only one." Armin grumbles, shoving his hands into the pockets of his baggy pants. Now I also notice that his style is different. It doesn't seem like his brother intervenes as much in his clothes as before, that is, he maintains a bit of his own style more than anything. More calm and informal.

"What is that supposed to mean?" I grimace, crossing my arms before looking back at him.

"I say that because I notice the way you look at me." His words make me even more angry. Sometimes I feel like there is no one who can read me like he does. It was always like this, since we were young. One expression on my face was enough for Armin to decipher what was happening to me.

"I―no.." I stuttered and he noticed it, however, he didn't continue probing and I remained silent.

The walk to campus was getting shorter, and I wasn't sure I knew how to say goodbye. Everything was so strange. It's not that I want to see him, but knowing that he was going to leave made me feel like I couldn't just leave him like that. My heart is beating fast, I feel like even he can hear it.

And although it seems like things can't get any worse, several drops falling on my hair bring me out of my frantic thoughts. The chance of rain was quite low today, but of course it has to rain anyway.

"This weather is a bit nice." Armin points out, extending his palm to feel the raindrops on it, which slowly intensify.

"Nice? I'm soaking my clothes." I grumble, trying to cover myself a little.

"On one of these days we kissed for the first time" Armin smiles to himself, and simply lowers his gaze to look me in the eyes.

Shit. I didn't expect to have to think about this again. Less now that he´s here. Of course I remember it. I invited him to eat at the restaurant where we made that ridiculous double date that I actually still remember as one of my most precious moments.

On the way back home, rain started pouring and us, like idiots, hide nder a tree until it calmed down a bit. I wouldn´t forget something as special as that.

"You have no right Armin." I feel my eyes water at the memory, but I am relieved to know that because of the rain it is not very noticeable. "You can't say that now."

"It's not easy to pretend that I don't remember anything that happened." He frowns a little and stops in the middle of the street, forcing me to do the same.

"I'm not asking you to do it but…" I stop, feeling a sudden lump in my throat.

"And you can't pretend that the same thing doesn't happen to you."

And he is right. He always is when he talks about my feelings. He is correct, of course. Since I saw him, I knew that in fact, nothing of what I felt for him had managed to dissipate over the years. My heart still belongs to him.

"I lost you once, [y/n]. I can't let you go again…" His words hit me like a bucket of cold water. "When I knew you were coming back I―…"

I interrupted him. "Do you think it's easy for me?" I raised my tone of voice slightly, the fierce rain drowning out the noise a little. "Your lack of interest tired me out, Armin. You can't come back into my life like this and expect me to throw myself into your arms like it was nothing."

"I know I did things wrong, but I can still show you that I changed!" He raised his voice too. My heart was racing, and his blue eyes looking at me like I was the only thing in the world made me feel like a teenager again. "I'm not the same one who made mistakes. The only thing that remains of me is the love I have for you, [y/n], it's the only thing I couldn't change."

Tears are streaming down my face, and I don´t think it comes unnoticed by him anymore. He sheepishly tries to dry them, but the water keeps running down.

"Look at me," Armin approached me and forced me to look at him with a gentle movement of his hand. He pressed his fingers a little on my chin. "I love you." And now, in his bright eyes, in his warm hands and in his smile that I never thought I would see again, I see the truth.

Without being able to get the words out of my mouth, frustrated, angry, I let myself go and as if my hands knew their way, they wrapped themselves around his neck and pulled him closer to me. Our breaths merge and his arms end up around my waist. We are so close I memorize every feature of his face, every new thing my eyes notice.

"Are you going to kiss me or keep making me wait?" He murmured, and to silence him once and for all I kissed him.

I felt safe, at peace. Like I've been waiting for this forever. His lips fit perfectly on mine as always, his grip tightens and I need to hold on to him as I feel my legs shake a little. It's passionate, fierce. It's not like the way he kissed me before, so innocent and clumsy.

The butterflies that I thought were dead begin to flutter in my stomach again, and the only thing that separates me from jim is the lack of air. But even though we break the kiss, Armin doesn't let me go, he keeps me close to him and brings our foreheads together.

"This time I'll make you stay." He sighs, and kisses me again to seal his promise.
