McHacks prep!
I've got no team for McHacks in Montreal, so I'll see if I can meet someone up there. In the meantime, I've been preparing by getting pretty deep into the various API's and tools provided by the sponsors. A little cash definitely wouldn't hurt! GoInstant and MongoDB are fun! I think I'll bring my leap this time too, try again now that I know of the limitations of the provided libraries (tip to beginners, go on GitHub. Running the leap stuff vanilla is ... not the best) My business partner, the one I wrote the first version of Webkin with, unfortunately jumped ship. No hard feelings though, I get that school can just be too much to balance with this kind of stuff. A little bit of a hurdle to overcome, but I'll find someone to replace him. But I do have a preliminary investment offer, and I really believe in the idea so I can still turn this around! I've just got to incorporate and fix some bugs. I feel like I have a million ideas for the project!
