Super cool of you to ask! As a bisexual writer it’s pretty safe to assume all my characters are bi by default unless proven otherwise. The only 100% for sure definitely no exceptions gay characters I can think of in MB are PJ, Reth and Micah, but since there’s no canon indication of that I wouldn’t sweat anyone making m/f ships for any of them anyway. Like, it’d be strange for me (and probably Elliot also) knowing personally where their preferences lie, but you can’t honestly call erasure on something that isn’t canon confirmed.

(i also wanna note that i’m absolutely not bothered by the concept of people headcanoning their own deadname for him or including it in any fan content, this is very much a boundary we’ve set for the source material, NOT for any external take on it)

UMMM Chainey isn’t as naturally prone to jealousy as Davey is but he still feels it sometimes? Normally it manifests in the form of him potentially losing something he has rather than wanting something he doesn’t have, so it’d come more from a place of anxiety than anything else, like if Davey or Sam started hanging out more with and talking about a different really close friend in front of Chainey there’d be a quiet little gut twisty unhappiness that he’d swallow down REAL hard because he’s better at recognising and handling that sort of feeling than Davey is as well :O
