Fun day for orphan children in Kabul, Afghanistan 🇦🇫
The Smile Givers once more pulled their sleeves up and will be planning another event for orphan children and disable children in Kabul, Afghanistan but to do this we need your help! For this event plan we want to divide our team of 15 into 4 groups, each group would be sent to a different orphanage! We will have a mass number of volunteers taking part which would build our team numbers. These events will consist food, educational activities, games and more. We will be providing the children a hands on activity that allows the children to explore the world with the use of a large world map! We will ask the children where they want to travel to give them information of the place and have them cut out and paste a mini version of themselves on the map over the country they dream of travel to one day! Our alternative activity is to do with arts and craft whereby we will encourage the children to paint freely with hands, feets, leaves, grass, tan bark and the likes! This activity is to promote their fine motor skills and gross motor skills!

This may seem very little to you, but the children of Afghanistan have seen very little of childhood due to the ongoing war that has stripped them of their childhood. What my team and I are trying to present to them is a small portion of childhood where we will do everything in our power to provide for them an education and an environment that allows them to laugh, play and be children!!
