-Maykrs were not always "angels" that were entirely dependent on the Father. They quickly evolved from the depths of Urdak with the guidance of Davoth and functioned like normal, albeit long lived and very intelligent creatures, capable of sustaining themselves (no transfiguration or whatever, and also imagine if you will stupid maykr grub baby)

-Maykr diets are probably very gross to everyone else as it's either weird processed "food", or very heavily reliant on weird seafood (a fair amount is probably Raw)

-The reason so many maykrs look so different from each other comes from genetic meddling via the Father due to Samurs "advice" (just his way of weakening and subduing his people so he could continue his power trip. Sorry Sam fans I am a professional Sam hater)

-Maykrs are attracted to water and enjoy swimming but due to it being seen as "a lesser activity " they aren't allowed to

-Basal (like their original not messed with form) Maykrs were more colorful, vibrant, and had patterns and some level of bioluminescence, with males being ANNOYINGLY bright

-They started wearing the weird armor and masks initially as a way to protect their sensitive nasal passages and eyes, as they require a high amount of humidity to not dry out. They also did not use to imitate humanoids and stayed closer to their own faces.

-it is not uncommon for Maykrs to have their fins and webbing (between the hands) cut off or trimmed in order to fit the "angelic" lie they have going. They're very desperate to be seen as that and not the weird fish things they really are

-Female Maykrs don't have breasts, as they are not mammals !The Khan has altered herself to appeal more to the Argenta and other races .

-Maykrs that only have one eye have awful depth perception, and frequently do a slight head wiggle or bob to gauge where something is in space
