#mayigauthors Day 20: Partner in writing crime. This is my lovely friend and fellow author Bridget Hodder, without whom I would be so lost in the book world! Her debut, THE RAT PRINCE, is coming out In August, and it's just the most beautiful book. I can't wait to read it again. Our long talks about writing and stories and education make my heart glow. 💞🌟

Today is National Notebook Day #nationalnotebookday! Can you believe this is the first time ever for it? Notebooks are life! 🤓 Pictured is my trusty writer's bullet journal which is a Leuctthurm 1917 @leuchtturm1917 in Anthracite squared pages. It's an A5 size which I love! I use it for all things reading and writing. Without this, I would not be as productive in writing my novel or reading books! Also pictured are my Maybooks from @maydesigns. I took advantage of their sale a few weeks ago and stocked up on some notebooks with graph/squared pages and a menu planner. I use these in my Traveler's Notebook that helps keep my real life/mommy duties organized. I'm actually ready to start a new menu planner notebook. The question is which to use? Golden pineapples 🍍 or citrusy oranges 🍊? Both feel perfect for the start of summer. And yes! I have washi tape in both prints to match my notebooks! This is what makes it so hard! The pineapple and citrus washi tapes are from Becca's store @pretty.packages. She's just restocked her tapes, so definitely check it out!
