i don’t mean to pry and you don’t have to answer this at all if you don’t want to but i can sort of relate to what you’re going through right now in a way. you’re mental illness(es) seem far harder to cope with than my own but i DO know that it’s really tough and family almost always makes things worse rather than making things better simply bc they just don’t get it. but have you tried getting professional help? maybe some type of medication can help? idk where i would be if i didn’t have mine

it’s perfectly okay! i am actually taking medication atm and it’s working for me in different ways. my psychiatrist suggested that i go to a certain therapist to get help with my social anxiety disorder but i dont have the money to go visit them. though i do feel a bit more confident when i talk to strangers like i can properly engage with them without nearing a panic attack.

thats been the main thing holding me back, in the mean time i was dog sitting for my dad and got my funds that way but that can only bring me so far.
