This second question was obnoxiously harder than the first. The problem of playing with the devil is that with a simple "truth or dare" game, some lives could be put in danger. Both of those choices were hard to take in consideration because, on one hand if the devil asks you to do something it might turn out to be deadly for you or others, while the first...

She was about to choose it, trying to keep it vague by simply saying something like "I wouldn't know, I never had some of my friends in danger" but what if it gave him a new and wrong idea? What if that lead him to hurt them to gain something from her?

She asked herself if it was visible from outside that her brain was in action to find a solution.

Dare: Spend a week at your academy, without wearing anything else than that so prized nail polish you keep.

At first she opened her mouth, ready to vent as she was feeling offended for being defined as a sort of fool who keeps lying to herself. But she stopped right away, breathing out the annoyance from the nostrils.

"Because if I accept it, I'd start to give power to it. And if that happens..." she starts, in a calmed and measured voice. "I might start to use that so called darkness and that would put me in a frail position."

She looked away, her arms crossed. "Dark and corrupted power would make me dependent, while if I work with my own strength I'd have permanent power, something no one can take away from me."
