Beginning week 2 of the newest Beachbody program, Hammer&Chisel. It's sword out program designed to sculpt the body due to proper portioned diet plan & resistance training. I'm doing the Cardio workout, still using weights, simply to increase caloric burn! I need (always) to work more on my meal prep & follow thru, I also need to accept these workouts are relatively short but they are intense, w maximum effort! Which is what all the research are showing...the days of hours & hours of cardio exercise is GONE!
