#max week

Max Week 2021 Day 7 Birthday!!!!!

Remember how Max canonically has self-loathing issues? Remember how I said BC!Max has low confidence? Yeah. That presents issues.

Max week? I’m down.

I rounded up Max Week with squats. My back fucking hurt starting the day because of all the other exercises i’ve done this week, so I knew I wasn’t going to get a high number because I did not want to injure myself. Long story short, I made it up to 185 before my back couldn’t take anymore. This number is mediocre for me, and I am definitely going to try and increase that pretty quickly. My lower back has always been my weakest part of me. It always hinders my lifting because of how much pain i’m in so easily. My deadlift suffers, and my bench suffers the most. I’m hoping by doing crossfit that my strength in my lower back builds so I am able to push myself even further.  Tomorrow is weigh in day and that will round up max week. I hope I gained at least one pound from this week. haha.
