I kind of needed it. The stress of this all and trying to stay strong is mentally trying for sure. Being a leader for some is strenuous and it’s important to let loose some times as it’s healthy.

I know these times can be rough for all. I just want to let you know that we will get through this together. It may be hard, and I know I’m going crazy not being able to workout or leave my house, but I have faith that we’ll all get through this and become better people.
