why don't we start with... Blaze and company? (using the nendo pic you made) could you tell us about Blaze, Ben, Jack and Max?
Ah! Okay, I’ll try my best! It’s been a while since I talked about them, but it’s as good a time as any!
Ben and Blaze are childhood friends since age 4, their houses are close together and their bedroom windows face each other’s. Despite having a relatively normal childhood, each with a single father figure, they are part of a hidden race of Weredragons- tribes of elemental beings that partially assimilated into human societies.
Blaze’s tribe of Storm is mostly located in a mountainous region, and Ben’s tribe of Frost has a bastion in the far north city of Glacier (I know some of the names are kinda mundane and self-explanatory, but I got attached to them too early. I might rework a few someday)
Other than that, they’re a dorky, music-loving duo of middle schoolers. Ben is far more extroverted and social, while Blaze tends to enjoy his own company and hobbies.
Max (Lomax) and Jack are a different story. They were both raised in autonomous Weredragon communities, and are nearly polar opposites- though both of their tribes reside mostly underground; the former is a young member of the Order of the Oasis knights, trying to earn the respect of his family, while the latter is a wind-swept wanderer with a severe vitamin D deficiency, fleeing a cruel tyrant and looking for answers to questions none would dare pose. Their paths converge, and their goals turn out to be mutually beneficial- and so, a careful, somewhat tense cooperation leads to better understanding and comradery as time passes.
