Ever since watching Eddache's video on the subject, I've been wondering on the identity and whereabouts of Mrs. Goofy. After doing some web searches, I have gathered a few "candidates" on who she could be.
-Mrs. Geef from the 1950's shorts: She could just be a simple character who's married to Goofy and had, not one, but two sons; Jr. and Max coming in much later. Yet this can fall flat as in "Extremely Goofy Movie", it's heavily implied that Goofy dropped out of college in the 70's. And given that Max was 11 during the 1992 "Goof Troop", his birth year may have been 1981. So, if we're thinking that "Goof Troop" and the Goofy shorts are in the same universe, Junior would've been in his 30's when Max was born. Then there's the fact that some people doubt that Goofy and "Mr. Geef" are the same character...Meanwhile, there is the obscure character, Penny Pooch who would pal around with Minnie and Daisy as kids. With the bow on her head and having red hair like Junior, Penny could've grown up to marry and have kids with Goofy.
-Another candidate is Glory-Bee who was Goofy's girlfriend in the 1960's comic. Perhaps she and Goofy married and had Max later on. Shortly after the birth, she had either died or even went missing and presumed dead. That's all I have as of now, but what do you guys think?
