12. Your favourite book

I always seem to forget my favorite anything the moment anyone asks me what my favorite is lol. I guess I can say Harry Potter as a series and like the ending of the 5th book in particular really got me (Order has a special place for me I guess because it was the first time I went to a midnight release for a book). Also, Pride and Prejudice and Fangirl are great. There’s also this really cheesy teen romance novel called Bloom that for whatever reason I really love. 

18. Where you would like to live?

Aesthetically? Ireland. Realistically, probably Canada. Wistfully? An island in the middle of nowhere that has seasons and is safe from the majority of the world’s crap and has no bees or spiders. 

24. Something that you’re proud of

who’s the one to wake up the kids: definitely Queenie, who occasionally levitates the really lazy ones out of bed 

who makes the breakfast: Jacob! pastries everyday 

who’s the one to cry for everything: they both do; they’re naturally sentimental, Uncle Newt and Aunt Tina are a tad confused at the tears but still happy 

who’s the more discipline parent and who’s the more lenient one: Queenie is the disciplinarian, since she’s the one who can tell what you’re thinking and the reasoning behind it. it is impossible to get away with things in the Goldstein-Kowalski households when Queenie is around. Jacob is a little softer, but he knows it’s important to present a united front with Queenie, otherwise their kids would get away with murder if it was left to him (or Newt!)

who helps with the science fair: neither of them, that’s Uncle Newt’s territory 

who does baby talk: both them, until the kids are walking at least. 

who wakes up for midnight feedings: Jacob, because he keeps baker’s hours anyways 

who’s the one who always worries: also Jacob??? Queenie is the one who’s always, “oh honey, they’ll be fine” leaving Jacob to wonder what exactly is the style of parenting in most wizarding households, American or British 

who picks up the kids early from school for some fun: Queenie, she takes them out to see their Aunt Tina or for some in the wizarding parts of New York (we are going to firmly but politely ignore the statute of secrecy in wizarding America as it pertains to wizarding/No-Maj relations) 

who’s the competitive parent: ALSO QUEENIE, to whom Jacob has to explain she cannot magic their kid’s ball into a home run, that’s not playing fair to the other team (“hogwash,” she says)

who kisses the ouches: either of them

who’s the sucker for the puppy eyes: …Jacob. Queenie is unimpressed (“honey I am the queen of the sad eyes, just ask your Aunt Teenie”) 

who makes the “dad jokes”: Jacob gleefully makes up various and awful puns just to hear his kids groan and for his wife to smile fondly at him

who embarrassed their kid for fun: Queenie smiles sweetly and dreamily as she blithely does magic behind guest’s backs; as of yet, no one has noticed 

who’s the over protective one:no one in the neighborhood’s really sure if Mrs. Kowalksi actually meant it when she politely but firmly told the lady next door she’d hex her son into next week and give him a pig’s tail if he ever pushed her daughter down again while playing stickball, but for all of Mrs. Kowalski’s sweetness and kindness, no one dares bother her or her kids more than once

Who accidentally pushes a door instead of pulling/vice versa: def Claire, because she’s always got a million other things on her mind, multitasking, juggling coffee/tea and thinks all doors should be pushed open

Who doodles little hearts all over the desk with their initials inside them: Jamie, I mean come on. 

Who starts the tickle fights: tickle fights tend to end in violence so they keep an armed neutrality. 

Who starts the pillow fights: Claire. she’s stealthy 

Who falls asleep last, watching the other with a small affectionate smile: Claire. she wants to see Jamie smile in his sleep. 

Who mistakes salt for sugar: I think neither of them, but they definitely play jokes on other people with it 

Who lets the microwave play the loud beeping sound at 1am in the morning: too sound of sleepers to hear it, Brianna hauls herself out of bed to stop Ian from doing it 

Who comes up with cheesy pick up lines: Jamie tries them only to see Claire laugh or roll her eyes at him

Who rearranges the bookshelf in alphabetical order: Jamie, Claire has her own fashion of organizing them that no one else except maybe Brianna understands 

Who licks the spoon when they’re baking brownies: Jamie, since he loves sweets 

Who buys candles for dinners even though there’s no special occasion: they’re practical, Jamie insists, he fools no one 

Who draws little tattoos on the other with a pen: Claire has a habit of chewing on pens, carrying them around, or scribbling something down on her palm so she doesn’t forget, or if he’s handy, Jamie’s bicep or forearm. he puts up with it. 

Who comes home with a new souvenir magnet every time they go on vacation: Brianna is rapidly running out of room on hers’ and Roger’s refrigerator, she gives some of them to Jamie and Claire 

the Force whispers in Ben Solo’s ear since he is old enough to hear it, it says chosen, special, One Who Is Promised, you and I will do wonders

it wrap around a young orphan in the desert land of Jakku and whispers, little star, little miracle, special, hidden one, I will keep you safe 

Ben Solo clutches at the Force and screams when it turns and devours him, leaving him as Kylo Ren; it wasn’t supposed to happen this way, his mother and father and uncle thought he was chosen 

other scavengers in Jakku mutter that the orphan Rey can make impossible leaps and jumps across abandoned buildings, she is fearless

she dreams of cool green woods and trackless oceans and a warm voice in her ear, little Skywalker

Finn, a young guard, wakes up weeping in the barracks of the castle of the First Order, for he can hear the suffering of the people outside like a razor in his ears

Joyce Byers is a Ravenclaw who was always more comfortable with the Gryffindor’s strategy of punching the other guy until he falls over than clever-ing her way out of situation

Hopper is a Hufflepuff Auror with all the charm and temperment of an irritated badger 

Joyce’s son Will is a Seer, a true one, and when he vanishes after a Divination class gone awry, Joyce threatens to tear the fabric of the Veil apart to find him

Eleven (born Elaine) is a Muggleborn with a gift so strong it frightened her parents into giving her to the Ministry, where Dolores Umbridge basically handed her over to the Department of Mysteries for experimentation 

the Demagorgon is a creature from Beyond the Veil, a place Eleven only knows as the Upside Down

Lucas is Slytherin, Dustin is a Hufflepuff and Mike is a Gryffindor, Nancy is a Ravenclaw along with Jonathan and Barb (Steve is a Gryffindor who makes very bad decisions)
