One thing I’ve been hating about setting powder...is if your dry it adds texture and causes your makeup to crumble potentially, or can even be grabbed up. This is a show of the Mally Mattifyig Balm so I thought I’d start here. A lot of reviewers say they like to use it as primer Bc it glides over texture. Although it says Mattifying Balm, truth be told, I prefer to use it on dry skin. Some oily skin types will feel oily with this on. Please note, it mainly locks, seals, and pore refines. It won’t dry out the oils in your skin.
