When you find that rare, unique someone who speaks to your soul you want the conversation to last for eternity. I count myself as blessed and lucky to have shared a life with someone who melded our time together into a truly rare, beautiful, wonderful lastingness. It was hard work, terribly difficult at times and blissfully easy at others, but unquestionably worth every single stinking moment. Chef Hubby, you gave me a great roadmap for my future, even if it meant it was without you here by my side. I will always, always, always be grateful to you for your unyielding love, devoted example, and patient guidance. You unknowingly left behind multitudes of lessons: make the moments count, take LOTS of pictures, love hard, commit even if it means getting burned, fight the good battle, never be afraid to sing out loud, the best family includes friends, swearing is a must, and, of course, drive long, putt short.
