What do you think will be the reason for Karen to come back in episode 8?

first of all, i LOVE discussing theories so thanks for the ask
okay so i have three guesses!!
first one is karen saw from the news that matt is back as DD, following the muse stuff, and she’s like “oh something big must’ve happened i need to check on him”, and she gets there right in time for the mess that is to follow
(alternatively, she sees on the news that matt and frank are working together and she’s like wtf? something is going on)
second is something to do with foggy! (it kinda ties into the third theory also), she knew about foggy being alive and somehow something changed with that, he needs more protection or something, so she needs to get matt
my third theory is the one i think is the most likely BUT it contains spoilers for the end of this season AND spoilers for SEASON 2, coming from leaks and photos of the set…
so im putting my third theory under the ✂️, for those who don’t care about being spoiled
okay so we know from the trailer that matt is going to be at a gala with heather, we see them dancing
we also know from the picture that leaked from the s2 set that matt is considered missing because of this:
"LAST SEEN: Matt Murdock attended the Mayor's recent gala at Gracia (?) Mansion where he heroically saved the Mayor Fisk's life by blocking an assassin's bullet, but was himself critically injured"
now some people think that the gala will be the ending of the season, i personally dont think so.
my guess is that it will happen maybe end of episode 7, he’s done with the muse stuff for the moment, and he goes to the gala with heather. there he saves fisk, yada yada.
i think they’re gonna say that matt goes missing right after that and THATS why karen comes back.
she’ll know that he’s not dead because daredevil is back, but still they’re starting to say that matt murdock who saved fisk’s life is going missing and daredevil is back, she’ll want to be there to help or at least understand what’s going on, why is he meddling with fisk etc…
and then you know we’ll spend the rest of the season, the last 2 eps, following daredevil if that makes sense, whilst matt lets the world believe that he’s missing
another reason why i believe that is because and mind you im paraphrasing here, but charlie and dario scardapane, the showrunner, have talked about matt and heather’s relationship and i understood it to be be over by the end of the season
charlie says that “matt never reveals his senses to her, so it’s probably doomed from the start”, dario says that “it’s funny to see their relationship going eight kinds of sideways, before heathers like yeah i’m done”. again really paraphrasing here, but that makes me think they’re not staying together till the end of the season
or tbh they could since season 2 is pretty much a part 2, and they could’ve been talking long term but idk
— kinda tying into this, matt might not have only saved fisk’s life at the gala but also vanessa, and so she decides to stop hiding foggy, and so karen comes back to announce it?
but yeah that’s my theories, what do you guys think??

daredevil born again thoughts — spoiler kinda but not really ahead (matt and heather)
so we know matt dates heather, and honestly i didn’t really mind their relationship i found them cute for what it is
but they’re going soooo fast???
because at first i though that we wouldn’t see matt and heather actually get together and they just would already be establish when the time jump happened which then would mean it’s normal for them to move in together cause we know that they are going to
but now that we know the timeline wtf??
i mean matt is grieving and holding probably unhealthily to heather because she’s the only one who has absolutely no ties to his past either foggy or DD, so that kind of behaviour isn’t weird for him
but heather is a whole therapist? can’t she see that it’s going a little fast? or am i crazy?
i am religious and we tend to take stuff a lot slower so maybe that’s why i feel that way about it but idk it just seems so quick😭
