A lot of people on snapchat are asking me how I get my Matte Royal to be so blue. I add a cobalt blue pigment on top of the lipstick and let it set. In minutes, I have this beautiful matte blue lippie! Note: I do this to almost all of my lipsticks to create new hues without having to buy new shades.
