i kinda wanna elaborate more on like. the time scarlet and eruon spent on the jet pilot on the way to earth though. it would have taken them 2 or 3, maybe 4 years to get to earth (in some lifetimes it depends)

but that's not where the book picks up

bUT YEha it was kinda another way of him saying he was there. he didn;t wanna give her too much comfort but at least he allowed her the library

idk i just. i have a lot of feelings about this.

plus eruon has a horn missing becAUSE OF TERI. when scarlet finally told eruon why her feet were so scarred up when they were like 7 and he went to Teri to confront him about this, bold little bby eruon as he is, and Teri says if he ever mentioned it again he'd break him to pieces. oooof cours e eruon went back to him a few months later when scarlet wasn;t well and Teri broke off a horn, saying next time he;d do much more and asked what Eruon could really even do, if he couldn't stand up to his own brother

that hits me h ARD eruon decided to put up with the abuse at home because Alcruein wasn;t always there anyway, scarlet had it worse, better help her first. he could at l east try for scarlet, she needed it

but it would never work

plus one thing i'm working on is character development b/w pearle and matsune

matsune believes very strongly in sticking to morals, don;t be circumstantial. if someone did something wrong, that's on them

but idk if it would be pearle or liam to point out that the blame doesn't always lie on just one person. sometimes, multiple people are at fault and you just have to accept things as they are. maybe both would. ye ah it does go along with pearle's denial and liam's acceptance, even with the same base to a belief the way they apply (or don;t) it to their mindset can be polar opposites
