I’ve seen the thumbnail, and that’s enough to tell me MatPat still hasn’t learned self-awareness.
I'm so glad matpat is leaving YouTube, that guy drives me up the fuckin wall. He's my James Somerton. He definitely plagiarizes and he gets so much wrong. Just basic facts about the things he talks about are so often incorrect. I don't believe he plays all the games he talks about and I feel like he doesn't understand anything he does bother to play.
I really cannot get over how often he will just say shit that is not true in his videos. This is all googleable stuff he shouldn't be getting character names and pronouns wrong, every fnaf video he just makes shit up and says "this was confirmed in such and such game" when it fucking wasn't. Very few things are confirmed. And he gets the things that are confirmed wrong. He straight up doesn't understand the difference between a fact and an assumption.
I don't think he's good at video games theories in general, so maybe now he's gone we can get some actual good discussions going.
