Rivalry || Matori & Proton
It was becoming very clear to the Executive that he had somehow managed to amass a large number of Pokemon. Not that it was really much of a problem; more Pokemon meant more firepower, after all. Though finding the time to train all of them individually was a bit difficult. Especially when they all seemed to have their own quirks, which only served to complicate things that much more. His Taillow and Quilava were both relatively snooty, and Marley could almost be rebellious at times, and downright irritable at others. Mister Stabby the Honedge seemed to be afraid of it's own shadow, while Mean Little Fucker the Axew was violent and bloodthirsty, but also a bit too tiny to come off as intimidating. Legume, at least, Proton didn't have the slightest intention to train, and he was still refusing to admit that the goddamn Skitty following him around belonged to him.
His Pawniard. however, was the newest addition. And she was proving to be a bit of a problem in and of herself.
It wasn't as though the Pokemon was rebellious like his Quilava, or unwilling to fight like his Honedge. The Dark type was very willing to do both of those things- and more. In fact, the Pokemon's surprising amount of loyalty was rivaled only by another member of Proton's team. And that was where the problem could be found; Marowak wasn't very fond of having someone else try to take her position as team brownie hound, and she made that particular fact very clear from the moment she laid eyes on the Pawniard.
Needless to say, those two Pokemon were the reason why the Executive was currently standing in a nearly destroyed hallway, watching the ongoing scuffle with the same expression one would expect to see on someone viewing a car crash in slow motion. "Didn't tell them to do this." Proton called over his shoulder, upon hearing footsteps approach. "Gonna have to find a different route if you're trying to get somewhere, because there's no way in hell those two are gonna let you go through."
