Got a 64 on my math final bringing my average to a 63 🙌🏻
I really do not give a damn at this point 😂 I call 64 and 63 good numbers. If I have to take it again, I’ll take it again. Oh well. I thought I was going to do way worse than that tbh.

Honestly, what is the difference between MATH 102 and 103 and 104 and 105. I know that math 102/103 have applications to life sciences and 104/105 has applications to social sciences and commerce. How are they different in terms of difficulty. I'm planning on pursuing med school however, I'm not very strong in math and because they are all equivalent to each other, should I just take 104/105 because I heard that its generally easier, or is that just a lie? Thanks!
I don’t know how different all the maths are exactly because I’ve only ever taken one of each and only know about their grades, which are available on UBC PAIR grades.
You can use PAIR to see the past averages of the past years to help you better determine which MATH you want to take.
In general, I’ve also heard that Math 104/105 are easier…but again, this is based on grades because I don’t know anyone who has personally taken BOTH 102&104, 103&105 to give a more detail, accurate comparison.
Pharmaceutical sciences, recommends taking Math 102+103 for first year. But they are currently full, so which maths would you recommend taking? And would you recommend that I take them eventually?
You can take any other math courses that are equivalent:

If Pharmacy wants you to take them then you should take them.
Is it common for the math 102 to be held in Buch? Isn't that an english building? and if the course says buchA201, that means its in buch A, and buchD201 is in buch D?
I've heard of Math classes being in Buchanan! Yes, buchA means Buchanan A, likewise for buchD!
