Zero Degrees - Matchata

The flagship Zero Degreesâ matchata is the best rendition of the matcha + (insert other flavor here) combo thatâs popping up in a lot of other places. The horchataâs spices and the matchaâs bitterness actually work really well together for a dynamic flavor profile. I didnât mix it particularly well, so it was interesting to have matcha-flavored horchata for the first half of the drink, and horchata-flavored matcha towards the end. Overall, itâs a dynamic tug of war between two flavors that ironically blend really well, and I enjoyed it.
