SO HAPPY that I was able to make it back to @katari.ayahuasca.center in the rainforest of Peru! Nature always welcomes it’s children with unconditional love, understanding and healing. This week I will be spending my time alone in this jungle hut, doing my 3rd Master Plant “dieta”. In this ocattion I will be drinking “Bachuja”, which is a very strong tree, who will teach me how to stand firm no matter what challenging energies blow around me. In order to allow this nature spirit to take over my system, I am not able to eat any food with sugar, salt, oil, spices, etc. I’m also not to use soap, deodorant, toothpaste, shampoo, etc, nor can I masturbate. Other than drinking this plant I’ll keep busy by meditating, praying, reading, doing art and dreaming. Also, I will be doing 3 Ayahuasca ceremonies to compliment it’s lessons, starting tonight. Though it can be challenging for a busy mind like mine to just chill out by himself, it is a priority to always work on my self improvement. I cannot go out and tell the world to become Love, but I can try my best to become Love, no matter what’s the scenario. So I do my shamanic work. Last night I left the jungle. This is a picture of my healer and teacher @herbert_quinteros cutting my “dieta” yesterday morning. This “dieta” lasted a week and it consisted of me drinking the Master Plant of Bobinsana. That is a skinny tree with really deep roots, which grow by rivers banks, and when the tides grow, it is able to bend without breaking. It’s taught me flexibility of different kinds, cleansed me and expanded the size of my spiritual body somehow. That combined with the super potent Ayahuasca ceremonies we had during my #healingvisionsretreat has caused a noticeable upgrade of who I am inside. Aya, after helping me purge a lot of old negative energy I was still carrying, performed a big surgery on me, rewiring the code to my inner being. So it’s like I was reborn into a new body, that right now feels unfamiliar, even a bit uncomfortable. Being back at my parents home in Lima, I feel like I just got out of a hospital and my bones are still setting. Bobinsana has increased my sensitivity to a level that is hard to handle at this new stage. It’s like my nerves are exposed cause I outgrew my old shell, and am allowing time to grow a new skin, to keep me protected from this crazy world. I lay in bed every morning with a huge body buzz, that can be quite blissful when I get into my positive meditation state. But as I tackle my day, the challenges can be overwhelming and it can easily affect me. That energy can turn into burning fire if turned the wrong way. My mind dosnt especially like this upgrade because it dosnt want me to become empowered enough to control it. So he’s causing great resistance. That, combined with a specific wrench that was thrown into my process, a personal life situation, has made the video game work from the hardest setting. Fortunately, I’m also learning to surrender to it all and allow it to happen as it does, even with it’s painful aspects. As for now, I’m just going to take it easy and allow myself the time to integrate this new incarnation.
