Ooooh... NGL, Anon, this is a tough ask! I needed some time to figure it out and comb through REDACTED'S Halloween stream but it was a lot of fun coming up with the ideas!
OK, so first off, I can't see this trio happening in the Canon world so we'll be vising the Imperium universe with some sprinkle of twists. Darling is still a badass Werewolf and Tanker and David is alive due to reasons below.
Let's get to it!
Massmaker!Sam x Imperium!Darling x Massmaker!Quinn:
It'll take a hell of a coincidence and (bad)luck for these 2 Vampires to stumble across Darling and vice versa.
In the beginning, Darling often travels between Dahlia and Washington either due to personal reasons or career. So they aren't an active presence in the Shaw Pack.
Their stance on the Imperium and I.D.L.E is pretty neutral. They're not an exception to the prejudice of being a Shifter but Darling knew better to openly defy the authorities.
Sam is the first one to run into Darling. He's settled nicely within the Solaire Clan and loving his Massmaker tittle, loving the freedom that it grants him.
Now, from his video, we see that Massmaker!Sam is callous and does whatever it takes to be a free Vampire. His cruel suggestion of giving Ivan to his friend to Turn can't be forgotten too!
So I see him and Darling intercepting one another when Darling returns to Dahlia.
I also kinda see that the Shaw Pack and Solaire Clan has a tense agreement to stay out of each other way so Sam and Darling would be wary about each other at first.
Darling is out doing their own thing or an order from David about something related to the Pack when they accidentally meet Sam.
The two did their best to steer clear from the other at first, but the more their paths crossed, Sam couldn’t help but be intrigue over Darling. To him, Darling is a walking contradictory.
They’re painfully reserved yet fiercely protective over what little friends they have. They’re strong - enough to be a threat on their own - but content to follow David.
While feelings begin to rouse in Sam, Quinn enters the picture.
Like in Canon, he and Darling broke off because Darling doesn’t want to live with a heavy conscious.
Quinn didn’t handle the rejection well. To put it very, very mildly.
Once he gain the Massmaker title, Quinn uses the freedom to stalk Darling and whenever Darling confronts him, they fight.
Sam quickly catch on about Quinn when he smell antiseptic and a stranger’s blood on Darling more than once.
Using resources lend to him by Will, Sam dug around and found the nature of their relationship.
So before they could fight again, Sam intercept Quinn to get him to back off from Darling.
Quinn was not happy that another Vampire is trying to get with his ex.
Oh, Quinn had a lot of fun ribbing and mocking Sam about encroaching on another’s man territory and that if Darling hates Quinn, who to say that they now hate Vampires as a whole?
So they fight. But over time, Quinn’s manipulation and their fights constantly ends in a statement gives him the opportunity to offer a deal to a Sam.
They both can have Darling and together, there’s nowhere for the Wolf Shifter to run.
Sam agrees after Darling starts to stay in Washington longer and longer.
Having two Vampiress obsess over them makes Darling one angry Werewolf.
Sam helps balance the temper between Quinn and Darling.
Quinn drives off any ill-meaning Vampires who wants to tear the trio apart.
Darling can somewhat reign Sam and Quinn. Because of that, Davey lives on to be the Alpha of their Pack.
The downside? Their relationship earns them a scrutiny from the Imperium due to the power and status they posses.

Very self indulgent but in the imperium verse imagine massmaker!Sam & massmaker!Quinn taking Darling (willingly or unwillingly) to galas and masquerades idk like showing them off to other vamps
No, wait - this is brilliant, Anon! I love the masquerades trope in any Vampire medium (Vampire: The Masquerade, anyone?). Do you think Will hosts it from time to time in Dahlia? He needs a castle first though!
I think taking Darling to a masquerade ball or party requires a lot of compromise because originally, both Massmaker!Sam and Massmaker!Quinn would rather hid Darling from the world but maybe Will requires a few of his trusted Clan members to be there in a show of support. Leaving Darling home alone is not an option so both men would waste no effort in getting the best outfit and jewelry for their Mate.
How would you think David would react to Darlin being 'with' Sam and Quinn? Cuz in the original Imperium AU, they're both dead (or atleast Darlin is). Like imagine David seeing Darlin at a ball and wondering when did his stubborn tank wolf turn into a doll. (A darling doll one would say. )

So I see the gala happening after David and Asher visit Darling's home with Sam and Quinn. David would be at the event due to it being a formal social gathering for the top powers and groups in the city so Will could strengthen his connections with the government and important people.
(David can't explain it, but for some reason, his heart breaks when he sees the Imperial Consort on the balcony by themselves with a couple of Vampires and a Sadism Daemon standing guard near the door.)
David and Asher feel super uncomfortable during the gala. They approached Darling and their Mates for small talks though the tension between the two Wolves and Sam and Quinn were obvious. It was only when Darling put their foot down that Sam and Quinn finally let them and Darling talk quietly for a few minutes.
"Tanker..."
"Don't, David... it's too late, alright? I made my choice. I'm not as helpless as you think."
"You might have a hold on them as much as they have a hold on you but Tanker, you're sitting on top of a mountain of gunpowder. You realise this, right?"
"At this point, I might as well be snorting the damn thing. I got this, David. Don't worry about me, focus on the Pack instead."
"You're a part of the Pack too and I... I'm so sorry that I didn't reach out to you as I should."

Let's see the big picture first: If Darling and Angel become friends, then the connection between the Solaire Clan, Shaw Pack & I.D.L.E will be iron-clad. Each of the groups automatically bolsters in power and respect because of the other. The Solaire Clan and Shaw Pack would have lots of leeway from the I.D.L.E while Damien would have strong political supports from Will and David.
Now for the characters: Sam's, Quinn's and Damien's possessive streak might be on the all-time high but the pros definitely outweigh their personal feelings. Though Sam and Quinn can't act out against Will in the first place and Damien would want more quiet time with Angel.
So whenever Darling and Angel hangs out, they'd have chaperones. Bodyguards too if Angel insists on hanging out at Darling's place.
Yes! Will would host the gala and he would be friends with the king imperial (Damien) so he would allow Will to have the land needed to build a castle (think of it as a thank you for selling Alexis to the imperium)
Darling hearing about the gala and wants to go because they're always locked away from the world but Quinn and Sam tell them no and insist on them not going so no eyes would be on them (also because mainly vamps go to these events and they would be one of the few humans there)
Will convincing them to let Darling go and they dress Darling in expensive clothes (I imagine both Quinn and Sam having money as a result of being massmakers)
All eyes are on poor Darling as they make their entrance into the gala, forced to link arms with Quinn on their left and Sam on their right
When other vamps try to steal Darling away for a dance or drink Quinn and Sam get possessive and hold Darling tighter since they're in the middle of them both

If Will could build a castle in Dahlia because King Imperial!Damien gave him a large piece of land, then I think whenever Will hosts a gala, he'll be there with Angel. Poor Angel would have a small Empowered group of bodyguards surrounding them whenever Damien is pull away from them for business. No one can approach Angel but everyone in the ballroom understands that they're staring at a bird in a gilded cage.
(From the other end of the room, Darling couldn't help but feel a strong sense of kinship with Angel).
Speaking of which, I think Darling would wear something like Lilia Vanrouge's Dorm Uniform (minus the hat & spool of threads) or a fancy suit draped in jewellery. Quinn would want to spoil Darling to hell and back while Sam focuses on the most comfortable yet expensive outfit they can custom-made. The jewels feel like a collar and chains to Darling while the fabric feels odd on their skin, but they have enough self-perseverance not to cause a scene during an event hosted by the most powerful Vampire King in the region while the ruler of the entire planet is attending with his spouse.
Poor Darling would have to exercise every ounce of restraint they possess when the other Vampires whisper and ogled at the Wolf Shifter. Thankfully Sam and Quinn make them useful by either glaring or Quinn's case, snarling at anyone that dares to try and pick a fight with the trio.
The trio would stick close to Vincent and Lovely throughout the entire evening. Darling could at least make a friend with Lovely though both of them aren't allowed to wander away from their Vampire lovers except for the occasional restroom break. Sam, Quinn and Vincent like to pretend that they have their untouchable air but the moment someone tries to make a move at Darling and Lovely, their possessiveness kicks to 15 and the highest bar is 10!
But imagine the dance though! Damien and Angel would be the first once to dance and all eyes would be on them. At this point, Angel knows how to plaster a fake smile while Damien is none the wiser; he's beaming because he believes that Angel is finally settling into their title as his Imperial Consort.
Once the Monarchs had their fill on the dance floor, others would begin to dance too. Sam and Quinn would take turns twirling Darling amongst the crowd. Quinn would be pulling out all those fancy dance moves, expertly guiding Darling's clumsy footwork.
(You best believe that Darling will intentionally step onto Quinn's foot whenever he trips to dip them.)
When it's Sam's turn with Darling, their dance is a lot more casual and calm. But when other Vampires starts to bite into their partner, Sam joins in too. He'll make sure not to drink a lot from Darling lest it'll spark Quinn's jealousy.

It's only after the trio create some semblance of normality that Darling uses sex as a bargaining chip when David and Asher keeps blowing up Darling's phone to meet up.
