Ghost face AU. Kira does the calls. Riri does the killing. I just need those two to get the revenge they deserve. But also like angst if you involve the ships? Chefs kiss. Idk about Yumeko but I feel Mary is a final girl and like imagine her fighting Ghostface (Riri) and taunting and stuff cause it seems they can’t get a hit on her but it’s just cause Riri doesn’t want to hurt Mary. And then Mary actually gets a stab in and goes to pull the mask off and poor Riri is shaking her head ‘no’ and then Mary gets the mask off on it’s just like ‘I just stabbed my gf and she also has killed a good chunk of my friends..but I will be damned if I let her die’. LIKE AGHHHHH. Yumekira would be freaky with it idk. Like it’s the reveal and Kira is like right up against Yumeko’s back, maybe holding a gun or knife, and whispers in her ear “what’s your favorite scary movie, Kawamoto?” (Call back to original call which apparently was Yumeko but survived? ((Fun fact I never actually made it through Scream I was tired so just pretend this works for my sanity)) And Yumeko being Yumeko maybe goes “the one I’m in right now Kira-san”. GUYSSS PLEASEEE

How to train your dragon.

But not like just following the httyd plot I mean like Bet plot but tweaked and in the httyd universe. I need the council chilling with these sick ass dragons. Imagine the aura farming Kira would do. And like maybe gambles involve the dragons or are just dragon fights??? Idk I just like the idea. I gotta actually do research on what dragon everyone would have but rn my gut is giving Riri a deathgripper. I also thought about the whole car bomb thing? Nah, DRAGON ATTACK. Young Yumeko waving bye to her parents as they ride into a night sky only to see a fireball shot from a dragon to dark to be seen and watching their dragon fall from the sky on fire. This also does mean that with Blake and her father Riri kinda…killed them hands on. Rip Blake but Riri would be so fine while doing that.

alright, time for the hottest take of the evening, folks. hope y’all are ready: i don’t think shuichi was ever in love with kaede as a person. 

now, hear me out. while he definitely had feelings for her, i don’t think that they were rooted in actual love. shuichi is canonically a shut-in, with no siblings and only his aunt and uncle to keep him company at home. when he was at school, he had little to no positive interactions with his classmates, except for when he did them a favor:

see, i don’t think that girl thought much of him afterward because she wasn’t mentioned again after this anecdote. if they really were friends, he would have happily told kaede the impact she had on him. but since this was probably the only positive interaction with someone of his age, it’s no surprise he’d hold onto it and put her on a pedestal. 

this is exactly what he does to kaede: he eats up every compliment from her without a thought.

no one has ever given shuichi that type of treatment. no one outside of his family has treated him with that level of respect in his life. no one...except for kaede. it’s canon that she didn’t think much of what she was saying: she was just speaking the truth. but when you’ve had little to no positive interaction from other people your age, it can be easy to trick your brain into thinking that they’re not just being nice to you –– they’re truly in love with you. 

this is where kaede stopped being a person to shuichi and became an idea. he didn’t see her murder plot unfolding before his very eyes because he was so enamored of her. he wanted so desperately to be of use to someone that he couldn’t reach the truth quickly. 

if he were really, truly, deeply in love with her, he would have called her out because he wants her to be better. but he’s so enamored of the idea of a strong, assertive woman calling the shots that it literally kills whatever chances they had. 

however there are a handful which remain unused unless the assignment he's on is more dangerous than usual. two or three that, alongside painted white skulls, the lower half harbour actual human mandibles. it's very rare he takes the time to detach a mandible from someone, which means the very few he has are for good reason. reminders that are necessary for himself: that ghosts that haunt him are dead and long since gone.
