This is in answer to the question about how to make the featureless mask you want. When I went about making my cosplay for Eyeless Jack I used a store bought mask and went to town with sandpaper and scissors to get rid of the features I didn't want. I then covered the whole thing in papier-mâché to smooth it all out and fill in the holes. Hope this helps!
