Heya peeps, last two weeks were pretty crazy. I’m glad it’s a new month, I’ve started it by being on vacation 🤸🏽♂️
So will be getting back into the groove of things where nutrition and exercise is concerned.
Intake:
B- 2 boiled eggs and green tea
S: peanuts
L: chilli and nuggets
S: apple
D: baked chicken breast with quinoa
D: peanuts
Out turn: Rest day
So Idk if my hormones are changing from age or PCOS or if it’s really mascne = mask acne from having to wear these masks. But I’m trying to get my skin to clear, hopefully sleep, water, eating clean will set things straight.
