improved mini-lot templates, anyone?

Discovering 'mini' (or 'tiny') lots changed my gameplay so much. I remember using the OG lots from Andi8104 & MaryLou ("Lots of Lots") for years, and then upgrading to aelflaed's "Sunnyside Mini Lots." I say upgrade, and I mean it, because at the time I didn't even realize how much of a difference the angle of the sunshine was having on my lots! Truth be told, it's still something I rarely think about, so I love these lots for saving me that trouble. 😊

They're such a crucial, yet underappreciated, part of my gameplay... I decided they needed a little glow-up!

Now EASILY recognize the lot size and type from the bin's thumbnail (without having to hover or click for tooltip).

All thumbnails are now corrected to accurately state size and type.

No more long, cumbersome creator credits in lot names & descriptions (making you feel guilty for deleting every time, right?).

Bin lots now appear IN ORDER!!! WHOOOAAA!

Specialty version is accidentally-deleted-proof, no more fumble-fingers making you reinstall from a lot's Sims2Pack.

I have addressed those concerns and I'm pretty satisfied with the results. I made two versions (choose):

a set for the normal "lot bin" (as these have always been)

another which and other which I think is way cooler, because it populates in the "specialty lot bin" (like apartments, dorms, secret societies, and hotels)

I love that the "Specialty Lot Bin" version keeps my (Normal) Lot Bin ✨blissfully✨uncluttered✨ ...and it's just one step closer to making these mini lot templates a permanent and integrated part of the game... which they should be!

the fic where Lou writes a novel where the Novel!Lou stand-in character is in love with the Novel!Mary stand-in character and they almost get together but it ends unrequited and poignantly with the Novel!Lou character moving on but nevertheless feeling enriched by the experience. And then Lou asks actual Mary to read the galley of the book because it's getting published and he knows she'll probably read it regardless, but he wants to try to give her... forewarning, and a chance to find out her feelings. And then Mary has to think through her feelings.

the fic where instead of starting to half-date Rhoda that episode where Mary is out sick with the flu and can't go to that benefit with Lou, he goes to the event for the minimum time and comes back to look after Mary in her fevered state, and she's surprised by how clumsily caring and genuine he is with her and they start hanging out more

the fic where in that episode when their new (woman) boss has huge a crush on Lou and talks with Mary and Rhoda about it, Rhoda points out after the woman leaves that Mary seems very jealous actually. And Mary realizes that she is very very very, jealous actually, and what does that mean.

the fic where i can't remember the whole premise but there was something about my backstory idea of how she used to work as the 2nd secretary at a law firm in the smaller city where she lived before Minneapolis, and the first secretary was pining awfully for their boss and at the time Mary really couldn't understand it -- it was very much a josh-donna situation with Mary as the younger outside observer -- but now she's coming to understand how those feelings could grow
