Sold The Dresden Collection is an anomaly series in my art career as normally I paint landscapes, flower & birds. These were created specifically for the dark room that is iconic in #Hollywood for never changing. 60 years and it’s been the same with tourist and locals showing up to see #martyandelayne who have been playing for four decades and indulge in #craftspirits #libations Celebrities drop in to hang and even sing with the band. This painting stars Elayne and #singer #stephsloan who tears it up to roaring applause. Each original has a metallic underpainting so it can pick up all light from the vintage chandelier and retro lights. I am delighted to announce it now lives in an #artcollectors home who absolutely had to have it for its style and the story and all it represents with #women and #power.
