So, this was a rather special moment for me in a way.
The last time I ever photographed OUTSIDE from my town/home was on the 9th of March 2020 and on Wednesday (the same day I got my 2nd vaccine jab), I was able to do it again at Martlesham Heath in Suffolk, a location I had never photographed before despite passing through this area so many times in the past. Martlesham Heath
WHERE I HAVE BEEN 736 In 1968 it was announced that the Post Office Research station would be relocated from Dollis Hill to a new centre to be built at Martlesham Heath in Suffolk. This was formally opened on 21 November 1975 by Queen Elizabeth and is today known as Adastral Park. I went for an interview at Martlesham Heath circa 1977. I wasn't successful but it was a blessing because soon after I successfully passed a promotion board and started working at British Telecom South Eastern Region HQ in Brighton.
