The Cyborg Who Loved Me, a novelette by meeeee!
Star, an alien girl on a long, lonely voyage through space, intercepts an S.O.S. signal in the Whirlpool Galaxy and rescues a mysterious person from a malfunctioning escape pod. Little does she know that the person she saved is Cyborg M-1013, nicknamed “Mars”, a fugitive on the run from the Galactic Federation and the infamous leader of the cyborg rebellion. She agrees to bring Mars back to their home planet, but finds it difficult to get along with them due to their vastly different personalities. On top of that, the two of them have to deal with threats from bounty hunters and Galactic Federation officers! Will they make it to Planet Mi’kah, or die trying?
