I thought the same thing anon! No social media for JR as a rule for a while is what it seems. Now I think the writers, actors etc are being great about giving us tidbits of bts stuff!

But hopefully we get real promotion of the show soon! It is kind of a “cult” show though so I don’t think mark is worried about it getting ads as much as he is word of mouth & critical praise, & he seems pleased that it performs so well on streaming sites.

I love how much he(Mark) supports & loves the show! We may well get more than 5 seasons if his support stays so strong. Btw he said his favorite season 3 episode was 3.13 (Bellarke beach scene episode) so I’m thinking this also bodes well for endgame Bellarke since he is so involved with Jason’s process. Im just glad he doesn’t give into the antis 😊 he may be my new fave lol!

Obviously the Constantine show’s Hellblazers are committed to seeing the show to its next home. We want to be assured that you are as well. We’ve just heard Mark Pedowitz liken talk about about Constantine coming to The CW to rumors of him going to play with the NBA.

I do all I can to advocate peace online and publicly urged fans not to bash the peacock after the cancellation. I’ve never seen Pedowitz on the courts, but the NBA is fiercely competitive. While I’m confident he would not be able to keep up with an NBA player--fully admitting I don’t know him, just saying it would be hard for any non-pro to keep up--I’m dead sure Constantine would not only stand up to any CW show, but would compliment several and assist in forming a solid programming bloc on any night of the week! Not only would their chances be better than his with the NBA, but the relationship with The CW would be symbiotic. Unless. Unless it is not about the quality of the show. The only reason Constantine would have as little chance at The WB as Pedowitz at the NBA is if it isn't about the fit or the strength & quality of the show. And if it’s not about those issues, it can be negotiated; can’t it?

DC Comics is a parent company here. Warner Bros Television (US) has another role in parenting this project. Can we get Dad and Mom together with the kids? There was no need to attempt to denigrate the show--by the way, nice try Mr. Pedowitz, you missed the mark. (After NBC cancelled I urged calm from the Hellblazers, I confess to feeling a little spirited today--forgive me if I let the Internet play out for a little while, okay?) So all we’ve seen today is one man publicly dismiss with an insult and a gentleman quietly decline to respond.

If discussions are on-going for mid-season or other scheduling, then the comment may have simply been a tactless way of deflecting questions. But if there have not been discussions, or if they have halted for some reason, please do what is needed to get parties to the table and talking. Remove obstacles. Find a way to make all involved agree to an acceptable arrangement because there is real possibilities for gain to be made by all.

We urge you to find a home for Constantine quickly. Contracts expire soon. This perfectly-put-together show will come apart, perhaps not as easily re-assembled in the future. NBC lingered until they left us no time to shop it around before schedules were filled. Hellblazers only have our voices. We’re doing all we can to be heard. It has to be you who presses it. If The CW is well and truly done--and that seems incredible, truly, considering the relationships between the parties involved--then GO! GO! Find a home for this show. Tell us what to do, we’re here to help and it helps us if we have direction from one source.

By the way, Mr. Pedowitz, that was really uncool. I hope someone tells you so.
