“On Taking Small Steps” I love my job. Even when I am struggling. Like now, on my latest painting. I’m stuck. Nothing is working and it is all starting to feel somewhat hopeless. @canyon_castator says that means I must be close to a breakthrough. I hope so. It’s either that or a breakdown. I remind myself that all large projects are just a series of small steps. So I keep making smaller work and trying new stuff. It is 12x12 inches or one square foot.
