Last Night, Patient 0802, ML. stationed at C.T. Asylum went missing. The cause of said disappearance has yet to be discovered, as there were no signs of a breakout. Further information will be provided as soon as its availability and reliability can be assured. Until then, we ask you to stay cautious. The possibility of Patient 0802 consciously roaming around Neo city cannot be excluded at given times. If you or a person associated with you, witnesses strange commotion regarding the mentioned case, you are obligated by the law to contact us immediately. Under no circumstances, are you allowed to communicate with Patient 0802 (the man depicted in the photos above). He once proposed a threat to the citizens of neo-city and will be again if given the chances to do so. If we were to find out, that you interacted with Patient 0802, or worse, aided him spreading his malicious deeds, you will be charged as accomplice and therefore arrested.
