The anthology comic Tales of Suspense 17 was published with a cover date of May 1961. Besides new material, the issue also reprinted a story from Mystery Tales 42. In the Googam section, Billy Langley, Googam, Luke Perkwhistle, and Sara Perkwhistle were introduced, created by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber, and Jack Kirby.
