Hi there! So, here we are! Our names are Mariana and Samantha, but you can call us “Maritha”. We are just two friends chasing a dream that many will find impossible or a waste of time... but for us, it keeps us going ahead. What dream, you may ask? To be professional cosplayers.

We both started as shy people. Lonely, if you may say. But when we first met, we experienced something that we couldn’t find anywhere. Let me tell you a bit of our history!

Our journey started in October 28th, 2014. It was a Saturday, and we both wanted to meet the Japanese cosplayer Reika, whom with both admire. I, Samantha, invited a few friends to the event. That’s how we met, because Mariana was the younger sister of one of my male friends! I only can tell you: I felt immediately at ease with her. And she, too. Fast forward to a few months later, we were already inseparable. More so when she started to study at my same college.

We’ve been through A LOT. I can assure you: Since we started our friendship, we’ve been NON STOP. And definitely, we won’t stop.
