First time @mareadubai for their two-course business lunch: choice of a starter (either crudo or antipasti) and a main course (pasta or meat/fish) for 125AED We both started with the tuna crudo: three cubes of fresh fatty tuna on a thin slice of cucumber, topped with a fried artichoke - cold, warm, fresh in one bite. Pasta followed: the squid ink ravioli for E and the squid, clam spaghetti for me. Both had the al dente bite of handmade pasta - mine lightly tossed in olive oil with just a hint garlic and chili, hers several ravioli stuffed with lobster, shrimp and tomato concassée. A classic tiramisu to share with single espressos to end the meal.
