MARC USA Chicago came up with a HUGE stunt to mark True Value’s first sponsorship of Chicago’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade. They created a giant paint stick, 40 Feet Tall, emblazoned with “The Value of the Perfect Color.” The paint stick was placed in the Chicago River at the site where it is dyed green every year for St. Patrick’s Day.
