I love transmasc Gazerbeam, it's so peak.

I really do love the idea of Gazerbeam being transmasc because:

1. It explains why dating woman would be a problem for Gazerbeam, it is the 1940s.

2. I think the NSA has several trans/non binary/gender ambiguous heros(Marcoburst-non binary, Psycwave-mtf, Frozone-ftm, Apogee-ambiguous, Gazerbeam-ftm, Plasmabolt-ambiguous and Universal man-ambiguous/mtf) 

3. It makes sense for him to have bad social skills, he probably spent years isolating himself and believing something is wrong with him for wanting to be a man.

4. I just love the idea of the Phantasmics all being some sort of not cisgender(Plasmabolt is they/he/she, Marcoburst is they/them, Psycwave is transfem, Everseer is he/they and Gazerbeam is transmasc)

-real reason Gazerbeam left the phantasmics is because Marcoburst walked in on him and everseer.

- plasmabolt knows what they are.

-psycwave is like their biggest shipper, for some reason(she thinks they're good for each other, also been listening to Gazerbeam pine on about everseer and vice versa. She also may or may not have a bet going with Marcoburst and plasmabolt about how long it will take them to admit their feelings).

-Marcoburst is their woke child.

- plasmabolt and psycwave are the lesbian best friends

-hypershock know to much.

-Gazerbeam got horrifically drunk one night and woke up in everseer's bed the next morning. what actually happened was everseer found Gazerbeam passed the fuck out in the middle of the road and just kind of took him somewhere safe. 

-Gazerbeam never went drinking with hypershock after that.

-everseer is very surprisingly quite loving to his romantic partners.

-Gazerbeam's daughter(her name is Ross, she's an oc) tolerates everseer.

-first of all it's a mashup of multiple holidays (Hanukkah, Yule and Christmas. Simon, Ross and Alexander celebrating Hanukkah, Mac(aka Marcoburst) and Jameson(aka Everseer) celebrating Christmas, and Rudolph celebrating Yule)

-Mac, Ross, Rudolph and Alexander are arguing over monopoly (Ross is cheating, Rudolph is trying to prove it, Mac is ragebaiting Rudolph and Alexander is so fucking confused he has no idea how to play and he’s just happy to be there.).

-Jameson's the dad on Christmas with a rubbish bag that's collecting all the wrapping paper (Ross and Mac are having a pretend snowball fight with wrapping paper).

-Rudolph is teaching Alexander to play poker.

-Simon is in the kitchen cooking (the kitchen is off-limits to everyone and I mean EVERYONE).

-Peggy(aka Psycwave) and Natalie(aka Plasmabolt) show up on Christmas Eve and stay till New Year's day.

-Universal man and Hypershock show up for Christmas day and get absolutely smash and then some how end up staying till New Year's day



-Jameson and Simon love to slow dance together.

-as I have said in previous posts Simon has the worst sleep schedule imaginable, so Jameson's way of fixing this is by coaxing Simon to fall asleep on him(it works every single time, Simon is weak for him).

-Simon has an incredibly high pain tolerance due to his super endurance and also because this man is pretty much blind without his glasses, this constantly worries Jameson(and half the NSA).

-contrary to popular headcanon it was actually Peggy(Psywave) that introduced some to the Phantasmics not Natalie(plasmabolt. Natalie was just the most welcoming to Simon, because she supports her wife's ideas and she saw the way Jameson looked at Simon when he thought nobody else was looking).

-Mac is thrilled at the possibility of having little siblings(Ross and Alexander).

-I headcanon Jameson as a bit of a smug shit, as an extension of this, he absolutely loves to parade around Simon(once he gets over his fucking internalized homophobia it took him way too fucking long to do that but once he did oh God, this man won’t shut up).

-Jameson is very surprisingly not a morning person, this man is horrible to deal with in the morning.

-Simon has the worst I mean ABSOLUTELY FUCKING horrific sleep schedule you will see(this man is a lawyer, a superhero AND a single dad) like going to bed at 2am getting up at 5am.

-Needless to say Jameson was horrified at this fact, pretty much start making Simon go to bed at healthy times. 

-due to Simon's dogshit sleep schedule, he often falls asleep on Jameson's lap, during this Jameson will run his fingers through Simon's hair(he absolutely adores those dark brown curls) and do something stationary/quiet for how ever long it takes Simon to wake up.

-Jameson helps Simon with his periods because it's uterUS, he's also just not yk an asshole. 

-socially awkward x socially aware

-Simon absolutely loves nothing more than admiring Jameson but unfortunately he can't for very long due to his powers.

-Jameson is still a germaphobe but will suck it up for the people he cares about.

-Simon is quite surprisingly a very cuddly person especially when drunk, injured, high etc(especially with Jameson and his kids)

-Simon's kids are all quite weary of Jameson especially Ross(she swears she feels a presents in the back of her mind when he's around sometimes) and Rudolph(he won't trust anybody Ross doesn't, she tells him about it sometimes he feels it, less but all the same).

-Vikki and Alexander on the other hand are more than welcoming to Jameson and Mac(aka Marcoburst)
