Delightful and visually appealing, these Green and Blue Cake Pops are perfect for special occasions or themed parties. The marbled effect adds a touch of elegance, while the white chocolate coating brings sweetness to every bite.
Ingredients: 1 box of vanilla cake mix. 3/4 cup of butter, softened. 3 large eggs. 1 cup of milk. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Green and blue food coloring. 2 cups of white chocolate chips. Cake pop sticks. Sprinkles for decoration.
Instructions: As directed on the package, prepare the cake mix and preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Pour the batter into two separate bowls. To achieve the desired color, add blue food coloring to one bowl and green food coloring to the other. Mix well. To create a marbled effect, drop spoonfuls of each colored batter into a cake pop mold. Bake the cake pops for 15 to 20 minutes, or as directed by the mold. Let the cake pops cool all the way through. In a bowl safe for the microwave, melt the white chocolate chips while stirring until smooth. After dipping them into the melted chocolate, place the cake pop sticks inside the pops. To ensure an even coating, dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate. While the chocolate is still wet, decorate with sprinkles. To set the chocolate, place the cake pops on a tray lined with parchment paper. Your Green and Blue Cake Pops are ready to eat once the chocolate has solidified.
