These delightful Crown Birthday Party Cookies will add a royal touch to your party. The marbled crown shape and gleaming gold and silver accents make them a one-of-a-kind treat that everyone will enjoy.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Yellow and blue food coloring. Edible gold dust. Edible silver pearls.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a medium-sized bowl using a whisk. When the butter is soft, put it in a separate large bowl and mix it with the sugar until it is light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix them in well. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients one at a time until a dough forms. Separate the dough into two pieces. Add blue food coloring to one part and yellow food coloring to the other. Roll out a small amount of each color of dough into a thin rope. To make a marbled look, twist the ropes together. Twist the dough and cut it into crown shapes. Put the crown-shaped cookies on the baking sheet that has been prepared. After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. To make the cookies look royal, lightly brush them with edible gold dust after they are completely cool. To make the crowns look more fancy, put edible silver pearls around the edges of them. Now it's time to eat your Crown Birthday Party Cookies!
