September 2025: Dear followers, my mental health—and therefore my overall health—has been declining and I don’t have the capacity to write fanfics or be as creative as I used to. My brain feels like mush lately. I want you to know I’m okay—please don’t worry (I’ve been through this before). Relapsing just sucks. I’ll answer asks when I can. Love you all.

Firstly, I never expected to find myself compiling a masterlist or any list at all tbh!

What started as a simple outlet for my obsession (read: absolute feral obsession) with Caleb has somehow evolved into something others might actually enjoy reading. It’s both surprising and oddly gratifying to know that my scattered musings are not only coherent but also entertaining. Ya’ll are like the biggest bonus ever!

I’ll keep challenging myself, trying out different ideas and new takes, so bear with me if I occasionally miss the mark. For now, this is simply my creative breathing space, and I’m enjoying every imperfect step of the process.

Okay, so even though I’m having a blast with The Maze, @auraee sent my caffeinated brain spiraling into doodling a synopsis for a potential series— all from that tiny little headcanon of Caleb as a barista. Would anyone be interested? It’s already brewing in my mind lol. No MC reader, just two dorks crushing on Caleb in their own way.

Synopsis:

The café was supposed to be just another coffee shop. For a law student who enjoys her morning coffee and a shy newbie still learning the ropes, it should have been nothing more than part of the daily routine.

But then there’s Caleb.

Caleb, with his devastating smile, his rolled-up sleeves, his violet eyes, and his effortless charm that leaves both of them in ruins. He’s patient, teasing, dangerously good at his part time (!!) job—and completely, utterly unavailable.

Now, caught between an obsessive crush and a slowly unraveling infatuation, the law student and the newbie navigate caffeine-fueled mornings, increasingly bad decisions, and the creeping realization that falling for Caleb might be the worst mistake of their lives.

And worst of all?

They both know it.

…And yet, neither of them can stop.

If you want me to headcanon your fave LADS boi, I’m absolutely up for the challenge. My dog’s asleep (again), and I’m in full brainstorming mode—mainly because all I’ve got left this week is proofreading and a few tweaks to chapter 4 of Plated. Do I sound a little desperate posting this? Maybe. But in my defense… I need more Caleb events.

Please don’t be shy—writing is basically what I do for a living, and this is my ideal evening hobby to unwind. I just had so much fun with the last request, and honestly? I cannot get enough lol

I may or may not have outlined way too many chapters of the barista AU… oops. I just—gosh dang, I love writing the law student and messing around with casual Caleb being flirty af. I’m weak. I am simply a vessel, channeling my inner newbie just to survive this fictional madness.

I’m still torn on the Forbidden City/Apothecary Diaries AU—it’s super complex, and I really want to get the setting right so I can do Maomao justice. I might put that one on pause for now, especially if folks are still enjoying Plated.

Speaking of Plated… I’m putting it on a smoool little hold while I doodle around with the barista AU. I’m like this, sorry—just out here following intrusive thoughts like they’re creative GPS.
