Ingredients: 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats. 1 cup almond flour. 1/2 cup ground flaxseed. 1/2 cup chopped dried figs. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking dish with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, ground flaxseed, chopped figs, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish, ensuring it's evenly spread. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
