Day 2 & 3 DONE! ✅ • I actually meditated TWICE yesterday, because I did my Day 2 during my lunch break and decided that worked out better than doing it in the morning, on account of my dogs not being able to leave me alone 😂 Yesterday’s Mantra was - ᴀʜᴀᴍ ʙʀᴀʜᴍᴀsᴍɪ - meaning I am the absolute. Today’s Mantra was - sᴀᴛ ᴄʜɪᴛ ᴀɴᴀɴᴅᴀ - meaning truth, consciousness, bliss. • There is a higher power, whether you believe in god, universal powers, Hinduism, whatever! And the words you use/say have POWER! Telling yourself you’re stupid, or telling yourself you can’t do something is baaad for your mental health because your brain takes in what you say and you actually start believe these things about yourself, whether you mean to or not. Put out more positivity/positive words into the world and see how it reflects onto YOUR life!
