#PreservationMonth flew by. Thanks once more to @clevelandrestoration for encouraging us to appreciate the diversity of architecture in our neighborhoods while social distancing. We finished out the month in the Ohio City neighborhood of Cleveland looking for examples of the Second Empire style which is characterized by: 1. Mansard Roof 2. Patterned shingles on the roof 3. Decorative brackets in the cornice and ornate window and door surrounds 4. Single story front porch 5.
